Sorry, the only type of tilling I know is in Minecraft. While I am chinese, I myself don't farm.

  2. Hmm. Small question, but does anybody know if we'll be getting any new interviews?
  3. Except he doesn't want a gaming laptop, just a general use laptop.
  4. Location 1. Different islands, different subforums. Also would take skill to build a good looking city. Second pick would be location 3, because it resembles my city, but my city also resembles a landfilled sinkhole of air pollution, sound pollution and light pollution.
  5. Bungie, still keeping their humour up. <3 In any case, I wouldn't have been exactly sad you couldn't mount something and ride it around, but so long as you can still jump on something and look amazing, I'll be happy.
  6. Friend code and X/Y Friend Safari pokemon added to post. Everybody apart from Zelda added.
  7. The name is at the top of the voting list. Speaks for itself. Prez all the way.
  8. General use? A MacBook should do. Any model. You get the sassy retina display too in newer models.
  9. Wee Disney. Today my aim is to buy the most frozen merch I can.

    1. Caboose The Ace

      Obviously. So good.....

      But I can't find any merchandise :(

  10. I've seen and played with girls who are fine around other guys. Easiest advice is play with friends. The guys who make fun of the girl tend to have one thing in common - the ideology that they can never be friends with a girl on the internet. How this ideology got into them can vary, but in the end it's just they way they are. You pick what you do next. *whistles*
  11. Friend Code: 0018 - 1373 - 9439 Pokemon X/Y Friend Safari Pokemon: Abra, Wobbufet, Duosion
  12. Had a talk with Boss, he says he'll work on something for Halo Wars. So expect a playdate from that in about 10 years

    Hey!

Welcome to the forum, Tara! If you need any help, just ask. Hope to see you around!
  14. I want an infinity Forge World. Considering exactly how massive the ship is, how hard would it be for a large inner chamber a few kilometers long? But 343 are mostly working on other stuff now. Maybe next game.
  15. *Clenches fist in success-feel* YEAAAAAAAH! Anyways, good wrapup! Quite a lot of stuff happened in the past month, and it's reflected well here. GJ, Drizzy (And maybe Zebra? I dunno. But GJ anyways!
  16. Okay, I'm not saying this is a bad way of battling - because it's almost certain to be great - but I'm afraid for some of us it'll be disadvantaged, due in part to EV training, or the lack thereof. I'll join if I can, but as it stands the event is very early in the morning, school starts back up, and....other stuff.
  17. Congrats, Edward! Though I prefer Omega. It's just what I knew you better as.
  18. Congrats on the promo, and good luck on the job! moar customs for everyone!!!! Maybe this'll herald the come back of the 9AM EST-esque customs that everybody always joined back in the day. Although, the great, infallible Customs King is still.....not here. Sad reminder. Still, always towards the future!
  19. 5 more days......:P

  20. Okay, I'm going to have to break up the chain of congrats posts here by doing a bit of a 'review'. I mean, congrats to Mayh3m and Lucky Me for winning, and good job to everyone (Because yes, you guys DID do a good job), but I felt as though each and every piece have a few issues that could be improved on, which is basically what I'll be iterating on in this next post. Do note, all of this is my opinion, and in this 'review' I'm doing it from a single basis and standpoint - that everybody could have done the same thing. Yes, skill level is different but that is something I'll be ignoring, simply because I can't judge it. Furthermore, I acknowledge that some of the programs are worse than others - for example, older software, or free software, may not render the image as well as paid software. (And if I were to specify, I would say that Mayh3m's software from Adobe rendered images the best) However, I'm still not cutting any slack. I'm writing this hoping that it'll help everyone fix the issues faced in the future, but not necessarily to praise you about what you did well here. It's constructive criticism, and if you don't like it, that is fine. The only reason I write this post now is because I think constructive criticism will be good support for everyone, including me. The following are done in order of the way they were posted in the submission thread. Edward Kenway Submission #1 UNSC Spartan-II Submission #1 Mayh3m submission 1 Mayh3m submission 2 TDM Submission 1 TDM Submission 2 TDM Submission 3 JL's submission UNSC Spartan-II submission 2 Halo5willbecool's submission Mayh3m submission 3 Sikslik7's submission To sum up the basic problems that I think I see, it is that: 1. There's a lot of times when people simply copy purely the 'Spartan' or the 'Monitor' or the 'Ship' but doesn't copy it's surroundings. This leaves both a bad looking border around the copy, as well as messes up with the depth cues of the image, which then leaves our brain wondering what the frick we're looking at. 2. Balancing the number of objects. On one side of the image, quite a few things in the foreground, on the other side, pure background. Also applies to color and lighting. 3. Rendering. I'm fairly certain that apart from Mayh3m's use of Adobe Photoshop C3, all the rendered images do not look as clean and crisp. All these come together to basically decrease the professionalism in the images. It is this decreased professionalism that then lowered the worth of using the images as a front cover. Personal evaluation: Next time, use adobe ============== Now for some happier stuff, congrats to Mayh3m for his success on the FB page photo, as well as a hefty good-job to everybody who participated. It's nice to see everybody give it a go, and yeah, as Ranger said, surprising (But lucky! I've seen firsthand what they can do) that the Art Department, or Insignia, didn't input their own works.
