Buy a campaign based game I suggest Mirrors Edge. Or find friends and play games with them. Any games, real life or virtual.

Um..... uh......... I can't say. There are many great campaigns, but I can't make a decision. Some of my favs are Reach......and ODST. Skyrim was cool as well. AC2 I will play soon and some of the call of duty games had pretty damn epic moments.

In any case, I think project spark is actually really cool. The epic battle that was somehow created seemed pretty cool yet you could also see creative things like a marble blast replica, the bounce-balls thing, pacman, and more, created in project spark. Its like a game creator in a game itself. Like forge, but with scripts. The only thing I wanna know is if you need that ipad ripoff to play..... (Dat applies to commander mode BF4 too)

How about a cops and robbers map that is built city-ish and encourages vehicle warfare, should the cops need to be hunted? And how about a looping 'highway' around one of the Forge Islands?

If there were a rocket hog/incineration cannon dude in the middle, this would be crazy fun.

Halo 5's first thing we need is ragdoll physics + super high knockback from big needles in people's faces.

Well, this isn't 343's real forum, only a community one, and the real one is at Halo Waypoint. And there, they won't bother responding to your question..... And worse, the community over there would just blast fire at you like a dragon while spouting things like 'THIS DOESN'T RELATE TO MAKING THE GAME BETTER' and then proceed to make the game worse with stupid ideas such as more Settler. As for your story, yeah, it's real. Why? Because Halo is fiction.

Superb storytelling would set the forging behind the scenes. As for comedy, Doubt the jokes will run out. Not only that but with Forge you can create physical humor as well.
