  2. Right. I voted the ideas were crap, not because they're crap but because I couldn't vote for multiple things. First of all, something we all need back.....The Forge tools in 2.0 that is missing in Halo 4's Forge. Precision editing, Zoom....taking them out was NOT evolution. Now, first to address your above ideas. First of all, I'll actually talk about Forge Pallet on every map. Yes - so long as we get new pieces for the specific maps. Durr. New pieces - YES! There are always different ways to create different things. New pieces increase what you can create by a LOT. Time of day, tint of objects. Well, most objects in Halo 4 allow you to set them to a 'team'. For most of the structures, it just sets a color. However! If we were able to have an easy way to customize lighting, that would be great! Time, though. I'm gonna say this - If Forge helped out Machinima, that would be amazing. Green Screens shows that 343 cares. Time of day would make everything even better. I'm gonna have to say, if Forge wants to evolve, it needs more, better tools.....but I think, more. A larger limit. More pieces placed at once. Its going to open up so much for map makers if that happened. Not saying the maps without a high piece count is bad, but I'm saying that eventually, great maps will benefit because of a higher limit.
  3. 97. A set of Forge objects, which is based around a theory of a moving floor, finally works. Standing on the floor hence launches you far into the vast spaces of the map.

I've already made a Pirate Ship+Port Village map for Clue, an indoor Mystic Forest+Manor map for infection/ghostbusting, I'm halfway through with a second map for Imagination/Childhood Wars, and I'm also gonna be making more, more, and more. Including more pirate ships with ghosts on gravity volumes on the sea.

  6. Well.... First of all, it may be just me, but I feel like you think 343 constantly reads this forum. Well, it's not their forum. Surprise. If you actually DO know this isn't there forum, well, I would say that the biggest issue with Flood is the lack of customizing the gametype. I wouldn't care much about online matchmaking; it's like the worse version of the original Reach Infection, which featured a bunch of evading zombies. But really? You're gonna restrict infected to ugly bodies, prevent them from actual weapons, remove SOOOO many custom gaming options for Flood, and all the while expect people to not mod your game? Dangit, 343, there's a reason why people flocked away from Flood while Living Dead, immediately after removal of evading zombies, became the top played/second top player playlist.
  7. Well, I don't think Machinima belongs in a Forge subforum, so maybe ask someone to move it. Ok, first of all, your plot surprisingly works. I take it most of these Spartans ar S-IVs? Well, one of the issues I have is your intro. You just practically say out the above paragraph that's already in the description. I would have loved it if instead of entering your universe through a bunch of speech, for you to actually have a way to let us know of the setting, the plot so far, etc. in the video that doesn't involve boring talk over moving pictures. Right, as for camera work, there's too many scenes re-used, some too many close ups. More variety, and also a moving camera, would be ok. Voicing? The first black spartan sounded like he was gargling balls while speaking. There were quite a lot of pops in the sound - sibilance and plosive sounds that is just big, loud and usually annoying without filters or editing. You can hear lotsof shhhh hssh sounds.
  8. Plot holes: Filled. New stories: Started/Hinted. When those 2 things come together, and the story is a good one, the book is gonna be above par to the story's followers.
  9. Games found on the internet? For the specific Xbox 360 games.... Cod. BF3? I don't play the series, just that one game. Uh, other stuff. I don't actually keep track, hehe It's just nice to see other gamers who aren't overly biased against/with one game.

  12. Hm. I made a similar map to this. Personally, I hate maps that all of a sudden remove color, but thats just me. I'm sure it'll play fun, although I'm not understanding 2 things - If its 'Hidden', instead of shotgunning people shouldn't you be hiding? What do you mean by Flood coming from above?

  14. For 1, uh, no. I don't think its an aesthetic issue as much as it is an - nobodyisevergonnagetB - issue. The best way of adding to it is create more routes to B from A and C, which provide cover. (Also, there needs to be cover on the bridge in the middle.) For 2, it looks like the rocks are all at the bottom of the map, on the flat area. Meaning that you want ground gameplay. But then..... There's a bunch of trees, which from the side looks a bit weird, and while rocks are ok, there's still about 3/4 of the big islands flat area that isn't used - where the 3 bridges lead.
  15. Well, it definitely looks very polished up. Was most of it made by magnets, though? Because it seems like it was. At first glance, I can see an issue already - ground level. There...practically isn't a point of it. There's 3 bridges going down, but why? There's already a bridge in the middle we can use to run to B and the enemy spawn and just massacre everyone, and that's the way to win. If it were me, I would've just built this map on top of the sea or in mid-air, because the ground level is kind of a big...flat....useless thing. I think if you're gonna make another dom map on the flat surface, you should base the map around vehicle gameplay.
