I made an account simply to state that it does NOT just happen to people once, this is the second or third time I have had the server down. It is a horrible issue and to say it's to relieve stress off of the main servers is a joke because not that many people play Halo 4... I hope 343 fixes this soon, or at least have the decency to update us with what is going on.
