so my son was playing call of duty modern warefare 4 on xbox live this afternoon and mentioned that the xp points were going negitive. multiplayer restarted and his lvl which was 22 was now 1. he also can no longer gain lvls to get back to where he was. called xbox and they pointed me here saying the moderators of the forum would be able to somehow reset his account and or give him back his lvls that he somehow lost. not to sure if this is true but I have no other option other than to try for him. his gametag is snappysteam520 so has anyone experienced this and am I in the right spot to get this corrected for the little guy?
