just got vga cable for xbox 360 to test with on panny plasma gt series 2k12 and from what i researched 30ms was the input lag via hdmi on game mode however when i used PC VGA connection the lag went away, i know because i bought the ut and it had 16ms lag i was happy but wanted a bit brighter so got the gt and was about to hold off for the st 60 which i was hoping would also have 16 lets just say ill be keepin my gt idk how fast it is but playin gears i could tell the difference majorly only downside was I had to sacrifice some resolution, barely noticeable 1366 X 768 wide and i noticed there was a major change in contrast but it was no different then on my lcd monitor the marcus on the gears cut scene is completely visible with out so much shadow detail as it was via hdmi I feel like this is totally worth the drop in lag as I'm sure the ST would have been quite a sacrifice in overall features from the GT I dont usually post so if I name dropped too much my bad but i think i got room to talk after goin through like 10 tvs before i was satisfied, must say best tv i've seen no led/lcd could make me happy this is the one for the money get one while you can and good luck with whatever happens in 2k13 if you decide to wait it can only get better right?
