The absolute earliest ranking will possibly come out for those games is after the beta is completely done with. Right now, 343i has to focus everything on that beta, so Halo 5 will be the best it can possibly be. After that, shouldn't be long.

Lawsuit, heh. That might work, if you paid but didn't get anything. You got a massive amount of content, 2/3 of which worked fine at launch. If that didn't keep you busy, it means you just went and IGNORED it. Now almost all of it works. The rest should follow once 343 has time to patch it, which they will not have until the beta is over. The beta also seems to work even for people who can't get into matches, so play that. Even if you couldn't get into matches at all, the other content ought to keep you busy for QUITE some time. I doubt there's a single person on this planet who's done literally all that can be done with the part of the game that worked at launch.

Either you hit the max rank, hit the daily XP cap, or got an XP ban for some reason. If it's either of the latter two, all you need to do is wait.

You're not gonna get a matchmaking ban for only one quit. Obviously you quit other matches before. Quitting matches puts your teammates in a bad spot, that's why a ban for it was implemented. Wait out the 60 minutes and come back later, it isn't that long. And stop quitting.

Caboose, I think you mean "no chance you will". What you said means that he will certainly be able to get into a game with the DLC maps, lol. Sorry, mate. If you want to be able to play the DLC maps in matchmaking, you'd best buy the MCC first chance you get.

Not all instances of cheating can be instantly detected. Also, bans for lagging? That can't be helped. EVER. Actually, some of the situations you described sound like you're lagging.

The BR is more versatile in general, and far superior at close or mid range. At long range the DMR's sheer accuracy prevails. Overall I would take the BR, though my opinion was once the reverse. Though I must say this: I HATE the BR's sound in Halo 4.

If your internet has a lapse of any kind while you're doing it, it may fail to record something. Only suggestion I can offer is this: do the whole thing over again.

Midnight hands down. I didn't like Halo 4's gameplay all that much, but I did like its story, and some of its music. Midnight had the most good music out of any level in Halo 4, and was all around epic. Plus that Broadsword run! Unfortunately it ended in a stupid QTE, but hey, still best level in Halo 4 IMO.

I don't know where you got your information but it's obvious that either you're lying or your supposed benefactor is. There are only two ways to get Recon: the Vidmaster stuff, which only worked when Bungie was in charge, and 343's unlock for all players, which only works if you had the game before they did the unlock. If you got Halo 3 for the first time after that day...sorry, you're NEVER getting Recon. Ever. Well, unless you get the MCC. It's unlocked there by default.
