Actually, I like this idea and can see Brutes using it. It seems balanced enough, and a bow can look Brutishly crude if designed right. The arrow could be extremely spiky, maybe pyramid-like with some gaps in it to reduce weight, each edge of the pyramid being extended and sharp, and a few spikes on it for good measure. Blades could be attached to the top and bottom of the bow for extra melee damage and Brutishness as well. I actually can see them using this, as a secondary. If they berserk, they drop it and pull a Spiker while charging.

What things would you want me to do when I do turn Purple?
Axilus Prime replied to Helix Amell's topic in General Discussion
Well, if you're turning purple, the first thing you should do is breathe.- 5 replies

We aren't actually 343i. We're a fansite. Now, how exactly does adding a playlist cause you problems?

"Get a load of my big blue balls!" When suicide charging with plasma grenades.

Nonsense. You can play it just fine. Just not all of it. And I'm also quite sure you have at some point before bought a game in which a part of it did not work as intended at launch.

Should I buy Halo:MCC now?
Axilus Prime replied to MasterSP1's topic in Halo: The Master Chief Collection
If you're buying mainly for campaign, go for it right now. If you're buying mainly for multiplayer, wait until all the stuff are fixed. By then it'll also have a price drop. -
Why is there so much hate on halo: reach!?
Axilus Prime replied to awesomeman245's topic in Halo Reach
It was, at one point, my favorite. The hate I've seen is mainly due to the introduction of Armor Abilities and Loadouts. Now, having taken a long break from Halo and subsequently returned to it, my tastes have changed in some ways. I don't know what my favorite game is anymore, but it isn't Reach. I do not have any hate for Reach though. -
...Yes, really. Sikslik and Cerulean were both caught by the Detective, and the Director is proven Mafia by his juggernaut-ness. Pro-town knows exactly who to vote for. And I vote Cerulean.

Don't go through it if it's boring to you. But I love Halo's campaigns.

Yes, I definitely want Elites in multiplayer. They were cool and added variety. And there were times when I just plain felt like wanting to play as one. But they should be allowed in all gametypes, not just some. And they should be able to mix in with Spartans freely and randomly on teams.

Yeah. Rushing things out tends to just create more problems. This is good.

I vote Mereel.

How can 343 and Microsoft ruin the greatest game of all time
Axilus Prime replied to jnauman231's topic in General Discussion
You think you've wasted your money because the game has launch issues? The only way you end up wasting your money is if you stop playing before the issues have time to be fixed. Irony, really.- 8 replies

I vote Peanut. Someone should do the same. We're doing that thing again, where we stand idly by and wait for them to kill us all.

The Jailkeeper's power has been used. Now my guess is that Grif was the Jailkeeper. In any case, this means it no longer matters who the Jailkeeper is. That's one loose end tied up. Let's move forward from here.

Wat. Did the ghosts not trust you or something? Because there's a very simple solution to that.

You people... :wallbash: You act as though you've wasted your money, when in reality you're getting four games for the price of one, and only half the enjoyment you can get out of all four is delayed. Not MISSING, just DELAYED. Because you WILL get your money's full worth. Do you people really think the game will remain glitchy forever? You're looking at a week, maybe 2, of waiting. Have you people been raised to make unreasonable demands of the world around you? Because that's pitiable. And you also seem to think the campaigns don't exist. Go play some H2A, for frag's sake. Pass the time, enjoy the shiny graphics, build up your skills more.

People don't trust you? That's hilarious. You're relaying your findings through a ghost! You always know when you can trust a ghost. Also, no one needs to know who the detective is (save for the ONE person relaying findings) to know what he's found.

Halo 2 Anniversary game freeze
Axilus Prime replied to Dave Spicer's topic in Halo: The Master Chief Collection
That can happen with any game, actually. Did you bump your console while playing? That might have caused it. -
...You have a point. I think I have an idea that can help everyone, and please both sides of this debate. When a suspect list comes up, if the Detective has information on anyone on that list, THAT information should be relayed. If the Detective or Medic is on said list, simply label them as 'Civilian' so as not to give the Mafia any advantage, but to prevent their lynching. And on top of that, we know exactly who must die if a Mafian who has been investigated appears.

The scope of good reasons for withholding investigation data is extremely narrow, so I find it really hard to believe that a good reason actually came up. Even if it happened, it could only apply to ONE of the three investigations, and that one could just be omitted, name and all. The ones that ARE safe to speak on WILL help.
