I claimed to be the Medic and asked for the detective to contact me in the hopes that a Mafian would contact me claiming to be the detective with false information. Then I could learn the identity of a Mafian and I would know everyone he accused was innocent, and everyone he said was innocent was Mafia. Sadly no one fell for it. I am the detective and I'm telling you all right now not to vote for Delpen when you get the chance. We cannot afford to needlessly kill another of our own. I still think it's Yoshi, on the grounds I stated earlier. Due to some IRL issues I can't conduct a very thorough investigation at present though.

Typically, by attempting to get people to listen to them, people are indirectly claiming to be credible.

What you were attempting to achieve is irrelevant. You're not a credible source of information to help the pro-town, so I really shouldn't listen to you. Don't take that the wrong way, I don't hate you or anything. But my goal is to win.

I say we stop listening to Bnus altogether. His statements are doing nothing but causing chaos. And I fell for it again.

Bnus, simply because you are the only one who has faked a screenshot does not mean that you are the only one who can. The reason why I said a screenshot does not constitute proof at this point is because unless it is given within 10 minutes of reading the PM, there was sufficient time to fake it. Anyway, JL, I did not take a screenshot of the original message because I did not anticipate his trick. You'll have to take my word for it, but there is nothing different from the actual events that occurred in my post. The only thing in my post that could be in doubt is my accusation that he is Mafia, because I don't have absolute proof that he is. But he's very suspicious, and his defense of distrust isn't exactly trustworthy.

Hmm. I now have reason to believe Yoshi is Mafia. Far more reason than my previous accusations, in fact. When I sent out the call for all pro-town to PM me, I knew that Mafia would be among those who answered. Yoshi PM'd me. When I asked him what his role was, he claimed to be the Mayor. I requested a screenshot of the inside of the PM telling him that he was the mayor. He read that PM about an hour after I sent it. That happened over 24 hours ago. In addition, I found that the particular message claiming he was Mayor had been edited. All text was replaced with the word "hello". I have received neither screenshot nor further message from him and the edit is beyond suspicious. Unless he can provide a substantial defense I believe he must die.

Actually, I have a PM with almost all the players. My intention was to coordinate the team, but not in a group, in order to solve both problems. If one person gives me good input that is not sensitive information, I share it or carry it out. If a person does give me sensitive information, I only share it with those I know I can trust fully, unless absolutely necessary. So far I have not needed to share sensitive information. But that may change, depending on how Night 2 plays out.

If Peanut is Mafia, then we should let Bnus go. But if he isn't, then we keep a close eye on Bnus and do not trust him.

He's given me sufficient reason to get off his case already. Not that anyone should take that as absolute confirmation of innocence. It just means I don't see a reason to try to hang him, unlike Yang. And, Ruby, the reason why I can be trusted is because even if I die, that does not mean I am free to choose a side. If I lived as pro-town, I still win or lose with pro-town. I would have no reason to betray the pro-town. Plus as a few people could probably attest, given the choice I would not help the "bad guys". The detective has not messaged me. If he did, I would relay the results of his investigations to the topic without revealing his identity. After all, I'm dead.

A player's faction is revealed upon death. In Mafia 1 and 2, their specific role if they had one was also revealed. In Mafia 3, it is not.

The difference between you and I is I am proven innocent by death, therefore anyone who does not trust me must be Mafia. And the reason I believe Ledgend's screenshot is real is because he received his PM in the same format I received mine in. Plus, too many null votes mean we will be slaughtered while we sit idly by. That is why it's usually better to take a guess than to vote null. In Mafia 1.0, we could not vote null, and look how well that turned out. Oh, and Caboose. Sikslik said he'd reveal people's roles if they were Mafia, but not if they were pro-town. So I can't be Mafia, since Sikslik revealed nothing.

I believe Ledgend is innocent. While screenshots can be faked, a screenshot of the inside of a PM is harder to fake. Don't take this as absolute proof of course. They're also both on the list. Therefore until proven otherwise, I think they are Mafia and should be voted for. Let all the Mafia die.
