  1. Campaign - Infinitely yes. Not that H3 was bad in that regard, but H4 was amazing. Multiplayer - Infinitely no. Halo 4's multiplayer is meh.
  2. Halo: Reach vehicles are indestructible death machines. Seriously, a noob could dominate the game with one of those things.

Well, I did notice that vehicles got weaker progressively, from the indestructible war machines of CE to the roughly 3x armor and weapons buff machines of Halo 4. But it takes forever to destroy a Revenant with a smaller vehicle. And does anyone remember the Hornet noobs of Halo 3?

    3. Is not JL

      Is not JL

Reach had paper vehicles. In every BTB match you spawned with a weapon that allows you to cross map every single vehicle in 60 shots or less.

      what

      60 shots with a non-auto weapon

      takes forever.

  3. And this is why being specific was important. Because it most certainly was not the Plasma Cannon.
  4. Close...I need the exact name to be sure you're talking about the exact thing I'm thinking of.
  5. All right, but I'm terrible with verse... Overpowered in Reach, pathetic in 4, This riddle doesn't rhyme, NOW DIE WHEN I FIRE ON YOU WITH RAPID PLASMA! I did warn you.
  6. Awesome. Wait, is the one who gets the prize supposed to make the next riddle?
  7. I refuse to help a coof like you do that. Just kidding, I might help out if you don't be a coof.
  8. 96. Not being sure who's been assigned the quick time events in online co-op. (Cue video of me yelling in rage because the Didact kept killing us)
  9. I was in a custom game with a friend, then took a Scorpion to fight his Mantis. Then my wireless controller ran out of power and disconnected, which gave him time to kill me and gain the lead before I could get new batteries and reconnect. From there he was able to turn the tables and win.
  10. Jorge. He was big, tough, and bad***, but also kind and caring. Also, "If you need me to move, just ask!" and "Get off this deck before I THROW YOU OFF!" were hilarious. Second is Emile. He was cool, not much else to say besides that. Least favorite is Jun. He had basically no personality, but he didn't have Chief's epicness to back him up without it.
  11. There were so many enemies on the second last SpOps mission that everyone despawned immediately after death.

  12. That's actually kind of shocking, in a good way. Glad to see 343 carried that over, whether it was intentional or not.
  13. I think water combat would be a good new idea. One of those unique things like the Pelican and Broadsword. New games add new things all the time, there are assassinations, new weapons, armor abilities, and all that. And if both players are underwater in a multiplayer setting, it would be (obviously) balanced. If it's a swimming player vs. a player on land, water should have advantages and disadvantages to keep things even so people don't water camp. (Or do the reverse by never using water)
  14. It's a creative idea, but there are some flaws. Flood Sense - Maybe a loud stomping sound if enemies were approaching from behind, and arrows to the left or right when an opponent approached from there. Not really a flaw, but your description was vague. Flood Jump - We have Jet Packs. Flood Regen - But people respawn.
  15. Hi there, I'm sort of casual and competitive at the same time, like you are. Great community around here, make yourself at home.
  16. I feel strange. Most people are best at multiplayer and struggle on Campaign/Spartan Ops. I'm the opposite.

I prefer to be well-rounded on both.

My strength is in multiplayer and Forge.

  17. Must get Rogue shoulders. Sad part is the Rogue visor, cool as it is, clashes with my colors.

  18. It's a great game, but I'd go for CEA if I were you. Since CE original has no online multiplayer, unless you have a lot of buddies to play with at home, CEA's better for the graphics, terminals, skulls, and sound effects. (Seriously. I love CEA's sound effects.)
  19. I just realized how offensive my comment can be. Here, try some tips: Headshot every Grunt, Crawler, and Jackal. Don't even try to kill them a different way unless it's completely impossible under the circumstances. Power weapons on Elites and Knights. Plasma Pistols and Needlers are equally effective against them. Supercombine or charge the Plasma Pistol then proceed to fire. (Headshots are optional, I usually don't bother headshotting Knights because it only works when they open their face masks.) Isolate Knights and Elites before moving in for the kill, unless they charge in at you. Then, hammer away with an automatic, and try to get a good grenade in before he closes the distance.
  20. The point would be an updated campaign? Imagine the Flood, the Gravemind, the shiny High Charity, all those weapons, all updated to look like pure awesome. The Arbiter looking like a Halo 4 Elite but playing the part of a noble and epic warrior. It would show that there's much more to him than his ugly mug, and return that sense of sentience to the Elite image. And maybe a few extra skulls or terminals like with CEA. (I am aware that H2 already has skulls, but still.)
  21. Should I keep the EOD shoulders, or go back to Defender?

    1. Fishy

      Fishy

      EOD looks better.
