Ban MORE people above you for no apparent reason!
Gojira replied to Axilus Prime's topic in General Discussion
Banned for mixing up being a Chief lookalike and being the Chief himself -
If I'm not mistaken Jacob and SikSlik both landed kills in post 61 and post 66 respectively.

This, since the communication and his picture is of an Elite Major. Oh and SikSlik what he took off Des' was an arum. The arum isn't the communicator, it is an old Elite "toy" used to build patience in discipline in young elites, some elites keep it after their childhood to fiddle with, like Jul' M'dama in Halo Glasslands.

Cunning flew up to the top of a tree, and watched Jacob teleport. Although angry at his rough handling,he admired, and was surprised at the humans courage and combat ability. It would prove useful if a win was to be achieved. Then he noticed as an Elite uncloaked itself and began to stalk Jacob across the landscape. It looked similar to the Zealot that trained him, but this one was but a major. Cunning wasted no more time and sped towards the Elite. It turned it's head as Cunning knocked it face first into the ground. As it began to get up he took flight engaged one of his energy swords. Quickly he slashed it across the back, and it collapsed. He considered why there was no blood but put the thought aside. A point then was added to the red team scoreboard. Hovering for a moment, Cunning watched for the slightest sign of movement, and landed when there was none. He saw an arum on the Elites belt, and took it as a trophy although he had no idea how to open the device. Soon it's radio lit up with chatter. "Des', where are you? Respond now!" a voice said with anger from the other end. That sounded like a Brute to Cunning, but it mattered not. The human was right, they were quite disorganized, and seemed quite unskilled by this point. He kicked the downed Major for good measure, engaged active camouflage and took to the skies again."That's two defeated he reported to the rest of the team." Edit: One point for Red team

Cunning, who had watched a man depart on a chicken and thought he had finally gone insane was engulfed in blue light and thrown through a portal towards an island. Cunning fluttered his wings and landed softly as he heard " THUMP, CRASH, FOOMP....SONUVA*****" The obscenity must have come from a human Cunning thought. When he turned around there was not one human, but two laying in a pile. Two names appeared above the humans on his HUD. He tried to pronounce them, difficult in his tongue "Jaakoob, SikSlit." He clicked his mandibles in frustration, knowing he mis said the names. There were three crashes behind him, so where is the other he mumbled. That's when he noticed the Jackal with an infinity symbol on its chest, getting up off the ground. Within a second he had pounced on it, pushing it back to the ground, aiming his plasma pistol at its throat. "DON'T SHOOT ROACH!" The Jackal shrieked, noticing the mark that labeled Cunning as an Unmutual "WE ON THE SAME TEAM HERETIC!" Cunning snarled, remembering seeing his brethren dying by the hands of the avian creatures back on Verge. Anger overwhelmed him as he hissed "Not for long." "Get off of him!" Jacob yelled as he threw Cunning off of Omegaman Infinity "SikSlik, check on Omegaman." Cunning readjusted his flight path and landed on top of a nearby pine tree, the plasma pistol discharged when he was thrown and melted a nearby rock. He'd just noticed that there was a red band on his wing, and that the two humans were Spartans, another one of his most hated adversaries. He pulled a plasma grenade from his belt, ignited it and threw it in between the trio. It detonated harmlessly as Jacob, SikSlik and Omegaman just stared at Cunning in the tree. "Oh and by the way friendly fire's disabled." Jacob shouted, he then turned to SikSlik and said " You see the gear hanging from this guy's belt, UNSC and Covenant trophies, this bug is a force to be reckoned with." "Then I pity the Covies on the other team." SikSlik replied Cunning watched as the trio talked among themselves, claws on a sword hilt on his belt. "I can tell you don't favor us too much, and to tell you the truth we don't like you or this buzzard behind us much either." SikSlik said for both Spartans as Omegaman Infinity let out a hiss. He continued "But if we don't work together, the other team is gonna kill us all, and that wouldn't be agreeable, would it?" Cunning thought for a moment and agreed with a chitter "I help you kill others, but after this, I will make trophies of your gear." "Good enough." SikSlik said with relief."Omegaman" he continued "Sorry about the buzzard thing, old habit. Just keep your distance from this bug, I'd rather not have to worry about him trying to kill you when I've got other matters." Omegaman nodded and checked the rounds in his carbine, making sure there was a full mag for the upcoming battle. "I'll scout from above and stay hidden, give you enemy locations." " Buzzard," Cunning paused, he liked that name."Take the high ground. Demons, move together as a team." He clicked his mandibles, shot Omegaman a dirty glare, and flew up to the central mountain wall as the team set out for the hunt. "Well, we're taking orders from a bugger, what next bacon monsters?" Jacob said with a chuckle to SikSlik as they set out along the coastline rock formations, watching for movement.

Name: Criza’ran (known to the Prophets as The Unmutual Cunning) Preferred Weapon: Energy Swords, and plasma pistol Race and/or Occupation: Yanme’e (Drone), leader of the Unmutual Drones (From Halo Evolutions) Power/Ability 1: Insect: (broken into three categories) Compound Eyes: Good long range and close range vision. Flight: If you need this defined, please take pity on yourself. Prehensile Appendages: When in flight Cunning can use his two pairs of thorax legs(his “arms” and “legs”) to wield up to four weapons (exceptions are turrets, Forerunner Weapons, or large weapons such as Gravity Hammers, Snipers, Precision Weapons, SAW, Brute Shot, and Rail Gun. However the Fuel Rod Cannon, Concussion rifle, Rockets, and Plasma Launcher and all other weapons can be used. He can also carry off smaller units (see GiF), use his abdominal legs (third set of legs) to throw grenades, and use his “legs” and “arms” to steady a sniper rifle or precision weapon from a hanging position(using his third set of legs to hang). Power/Ability 2: Elite Training: Due to an Elite Shipmaster’s admiration of his combat ability, Cunning was taught in the ways of Sangheili swordsmanship and war. Thus he is extremely capable in melee combat, strategizing, has active camouflage, can utilize energy swords, and has upgraded armor and shields (which are already good since he was a Drone Ultra in the covenant military. Power/Ability 3: Tech Savvy: Due to his and his species talent for repairing technology, Cunning and a his swarm may jack enemy vehicles, kill the driver, take the wreckage back to base and rebuild it for their own use, also all damage to his vehicular forces can be repaired. The Drones can also easily tear apart infantry such as Hunters when in a swarm. Bio: Criza’ran served for several years in the Covenant war machine, eventually raising himself to the rank of Ultra. During a battle on Tribute a piece of shrapnel embedded itself into his exoskeleton and damaged one of his antennae. His mental ties to the Yanme’e Queen were severed and he began to think independently. He continued to battle on Tribute for another week and within this time caught the eye of an Elite Ultra who admired his combat ability and gave him a crash course in Sangheili warfare, until Covenant leadership got word of a drone commander who fought unlike other drones and killed any cowardly and foolish troops under his command. Given the title of Unmutual(a Drone that ceases to serve the hive) and was put to work on a Jackal run penal colony on Verge. It was here that he began to rally an army of independent and more lethal Drones all across the penal colonies on Verge against humanity and the Covenant. Unlike the Unmutuals under his command Criza’ran showed no signs of insanity which was a side effect of being severed from the Queen. It was also on Verge that he developed a severe hate for Jackals and Humanity (Spartans in particular). For the Jackals abused he and his allies and Spartan Black Team destroyed one of the penal colonies, killing many of his brothers and his best ally Crun’tienn (nicknamed by the Spartans Hopalong). Its destruction led to his colony uprising and the Drone conquering of Covenant settlements on Verge. Having retrieved a Jackal ship, he and his legions acted as pirates and often entered many Human/Covenant conflicts, attacking both factions. When the Great Schism occurred Criza’ran recruited most of the Drones and several other species of Covenant to his cause. Also during the Schism he procured many Covenant weapons and vehicles, and captured two Yanme’e Queens. Special Weapon: Metamorphosis: Alive and dead soldiers can be brought and can be used on one chosen Yanme’e, which when it consumes enough food can go into a cocoon (takes 3 posts to hatch). From the cocoon emerges a massive Drone super Unit, ground, air or infantry for use in the battle. The Super Unit, regardless of role is : Ferociam Callidus Artifex Cazador(a combination of Spanish and Latin words that mean “Ferocious cunning hunter with a special set of skills.” The ground vehicle version is a massive stag beetle like creature that can burrow, easily destroy vehicles and infantry with its large horn, has a heavily armored body and can be rode on. The flying version is a massive hornet like creature that is extremely fast, lightly armored, equipped with a stinger, and it can pick up vehicles and large explosive to drop or destroy (similar to the enforcer). The Infantry variant is the Drone equivalent of the Alien Queen from Aliens, just different to avoid copyright. (pictures of these beasts will be uploaded soon, also the cocoon can be attacked, but will be heavily defended. Appearance: A drone ultra that is seven feet in height, has a sharp horn protruding from its head, spikes and scars on its thorax, wielding four energy swords in flight and has a collection of trophies decorating its weapons belt (brute teeth, dog tags, grunt masks, a Spartan helmet or piece of armor, an ODST patch, etc.). So in a nutshell, the scariest bugger you've ever seen.

Farewell, try not to get pulled into any shield worlds on the way alright?

I see what you mean, but if it were not for companies such as Bungie and 343 listening to their community, their games would have been issue ridden and unplayable in some ways, and the sequels, released or not (meaning Halo 2 and 3, and upcoming Halo 5) wouldn't be as enjoyable.

I used Halo 3 just as an example, since that is what I see most commonly on forums, but I do hear where you're coming from. If only we could put aside our differences and come to a general agreement and integrate features that would please either most or all parties (reach fans, halo 2 fans, halo 3 fans, halo 4 fans and CE fans) Also this is my first time setting up a poll, and is the poll working?
-
I didn't really mean manage, but since pretty much everybody wants a ( ie:Halo 3 esque playstyle in terms of campaign, ranking, music etc.)I think we as a general community reach out to 343 and tell them what we do and don't want, understanding full that they have the final say, but letting them know what and what is not acceptable. As difficult as it may seem, we would need a general opinion something quite different then what is going on with everyone just throwing ideas in randomly.
-
I was wondering if anyone shared the same views as I, in the field that we should have at least a minor say in the creation/management of future titles in the Reclaimer Trilogy, since we as an xbox community told Microsoft what we didn't want with the Xbox One and they changed it, regardless that is was mainly shaped by money. This led me to think if MS would listen then certainly 343 would, anyway vote and discuss.

Hey enjoy your stay here at the forums, and don't trust Self Destruct, on occasion he hires Sasquatches as hit men. jk. In all honesty just have a good time here and post often.

Hey man, welcome to the site( as late as mine may be). Avoid the Sasquatches and enjoy your stay.

Favorite character in the Halo universe and why?
Gojira replied to TimeLessHalo9090's topic in Member Created Work
I like Sergeant Johnson and Dutch but I've gotta go with the Chief as my favorite character. It is truly hard to best a man who has saved all sentient life in the galaxy on more then 4 occasions. Plus his MK VI armor with the scar on the chest plate is bad***. Must I mention "Finishing this fight"- 14 replies

Just like in Halo 3, Chief walked into A FREAKING FLOOD COLONY and Cortana wasn't even destroyed. If Chief will walk into the home of the deadliest parasite in the universe to retrieve his companion, I believe he would go against ONI to save Halsey to get her back from the dead. Just judging from how much danger he placed himself in to rescue an alive Cortana, Chief will stop at nothing to get her back.

Halo 5: Controllers (Button and Stick Layout)
Gojira replied to TheReach2134's topic in Halo 5: Guardians
I love the recon layout. It just seems like a smooth and effective layout especially with reload on Rb and its allows me to not have to jerk to hit one of the buttons like fishstick on default in Halo 4. Also it is the layout most similar to classic Halo CE and Halo 2 controls.
