    Here's an idea: What if when you assassinated someone, you could remove their AI implant (i.e., Cortana) & absorb whatever special they were using.. like the jetpack or regeneration field, etc. Maybe sounds complicated, but there aren't very many assassinations in a single game. Shouldn't be too difficult.

    I'd like to see a secondary weapon under the chin assassination. (Boltshot shoved right under the chin & the trigger pulled)
