And yet, still you fail. Yeah, I rarely even play team slayer because a good majority of the games are infinity slayer.

One of the largest topics that seems to be spamming up these fora is people complaining about not being able to play the DLC maps. And yet, we now have a DLC playlist for just 2 weeks and it has a population lower than all but throwdown. If people want a DLC playlist so badly, why aren't the numbers showing it?

Furthest potential? ie they liked Spartan Ops because it was worse? And while Matchmaking Firefight (arcadefight) generally had mindless gameplay, it was mainly meant to be a legitimate survival mode. And of course, 343 can't add anything to any part of the game unless it fits into the story somehow. "There are no elites in the war games simulator" is not a legitimate excuse not to be able to play as elites.

Really? AAs are tools that can be used strategically in specific situations. Ordnance hands everybody power weapons and make it way easier to die because you just never know when the other player may have a SAW or Shotgun, or any other power weapon.

Double Digit populations speak for themselves, Throwdown Isn't a popular playlist. I wouldn't mind Legendary Slayer returning as a playlist, with both BR-AR and AR-Magnum gametypes and Precision weapons placed on the maps.

I was very surprised to see Forge island had 5/24 votes. I personally think even Impact is better than Forge Island, and while I know many don't agree with me there, I thought there would be no doubt forge world was better. Debunkers: Flat Islands-Too flat if you ask me. Forge world had flat enough areas, but forge Island is unrealistically flat. I haven't seen anyone make a map that uses the natural terrain where it doesn't look really bad because of the flatness. Don't need to block off with walls-Kill boundaries/Safe boundaries!!! Pallet-Sure there is a green screen (not useful in functional maps anyways), trees, and a couple of other new things, but a lot was removed and the budget is very limited on Forge Island. Size-Forge World had plenty of air space to build in. On forge Island, I can build my map over here, the same map over there, or over there, but there's no difference.

One of my least favorite parts about halo 4 multiplayer is actually the automatic weapons. In previous halos, automatics could never beat headshot weapons and it took skill to get kills, now automatics dominate and no skill is involved.

Rant time! Just sharing some of my main complaints about the Dominion playlist. The Dominion playlist is one of my favorites. Invasion was my favorite in Reach, and halo 4 has nothing close to as fun as invasion, but dominion is the next best thing. However, the dominion playlist has seen a lot of changes since halo 4 came out, many of which I am not a fan of. One of my first problems is that I always get stuck in games full of noobs. Active Camo, crouching, Storm Rifle, Boltshot Plasma Grenade, T-bagging. As a Team-based playlist in terms of CSR, you go up and down based on how many games you win, but when I get in games and all of my teammates suck, there's nothing I can do. Dominion is just too much of a team-based game for me to be able to win by myself, and when only half my games are lost because of retarded teammates, my CSR isn't going anywhere and I'm basically stuck in the single digits (hovering around 7,8,9). Dominion is no longer the only gametype in the playlist, some variants have also been added: Lockdown Just because a gametype is a custom gametype based off of dominion, it does not mean it belongs in the dominion playlist. Lockdown deserves to be in Action Sack like the rest of the entirely luck based gametypes. There is nothing more frustrating than being forced to charge into battle, hope you get kills as you randomly shoot your weapons before you die. There is no time to aim, only time to spam. To make things even more random and out of control, you have no radar. The real question here is not only why 343 ever thought this gametype was a good idea, but why people ever vote for it in Matchmaking. I'd vote for Meltdown, a map I absolutely hate, over Lockdown on a map I enjoy. Lockdown makes up anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 of the dominion games I play, and I have never had an enjoyable game of it. So the question remains, why do people vote for it? Legendary Dominion I have not had a chance to play legendary dominion yet. The reason for this is that no one votes for it. I had to look the matchmaking updates just to see what the gametype settings are! From what I can understand, the only thing that's different is that everybody has AR, BR. This gametype seems to remove a lot of the aforementioned noobiness. However, not once have I had a chance to play legendary dominion because it's in the third slot and nobody votes for it. Needed to get this all out of my system in the form of a rant. Feel free to tell me your opinions on the playlist and the gametypes in it.

Enjoyed Campaing-Yes Spartan Ops-Fun, but firefight was much better IMO Remove Custom Loadouts-Yes Improve Spartan armor-Yes Playable Elites-Yes Playable Brutes/ODSTs-Not entirely necessary, kinda pointless Bring Back Invasion-Yes Remove Armor Abilities-As long as they’re balanced, they should stay Custom Maps in all playlists-Yes, and as a second note, they should not need to be super MLG pro maps (I tend to find such maps to be more boring eg. Haven, Simplex) Stop using boring textures-Yes Bring Back Sandbox and Foundry-No; I would like to see 343 give us a new forge environment that does not simply take from past halo games Option to boot players-Yes Underwater-No Old Sniper-Yes Custom maps to living dead-I don’t care because living dead is only for noobs Evade-Don’t really care Rank in player cards-Don’t really care Tactical Package/Support Upgrade-Don’t really care New Forge World-Yes Public Beta-Yes Remove Personal Ordnance-Yes Improve auto aim/bullet magnetism-Yes Social Playlists-Yes Remove Killcams-Yes Remove interfaces-Don’t Really care That sums up my opinions about the topics here.

If only it were that simple. I'm not going to waste a loadout spot on stealth for the 1 time every 2 games or so when I don't want some nooby teammate trolling me. That said, whenever I see a teammate begin an animation, I stop attacking and move on.
-
Whenever I see a teammate assassinating someone, I stop attacking and move on, because they have the kill and the enemy no longer poses a threat, but I've been noticing that whenever I start an assassination, all of my teammates in the nearby area do whatever they can to stop it, even if there are other enemies nearby. What do you do when you see a teammate begin an animation?

I sometimes do 9, 10, or 12, but usually 1 or 4

You forgot one thing... Using your Spartan's colors instead of everybody being yellow. Does anyone know why they made everyone yellow anyway?
-
Okay then. I just thought it was a little retarded that I respawn right next to where I just died, and that I'd run into players like that at CSR15.
-
LAG... There's way too much of it. Too many times I've been trying to kill someone, but they keep teleporting, then I spontaneously die. Also, Why No Rumble Pit??? I want to be able to play FFA other than freaking Regicide!

You're really only playing Action Sack, and you only like half the gametypes in it. Even so, Action Sack is not a playlist where you really try to win. It's just there to have fun and earn commendations. Don't rage about getting killed in the playlist that gives everybody power weapons.

My favorite moment was a Multi-Team game I played with my friend. For some reason, people voted for Oddball on Abandon. The game ended when I killed the ball holder, who was 1 second away from winning, grabbed the ball, and jumped down to avoid enemies that were surrounding me to win 150-148

I don't even know why 343 is on the ultimate quest for fast paced gameplay. It's the fast paced games were I can barely stay alive for more than 10 seconds that prevent me from having as much fun in halo 4 as in previous halos

Recently, I played a game of SWAT on Complex. It was a close game until the end, when about 5 or 6 times in a row, I spawned in the area where blue team usually starts and was immediately killed by the other team who had their DMRs pointed there from the area just outside the computer room, and they won. The next game was the same map and I ran into similar spawning issues. This is just one example of bad spawning, which I've seen quite often in this game. I find it very annoying that this happens because I have no time to get to a protected position or look around. Note: My CSR Rank for the SWAT playlist is 15

I don't think there is a commendation that's just "mastery" ... If you mean weapons mastery, you are smoking something If you just mean getting the highest tier of a commendation, I agree

Grenades are more powerful in halo 4 than they were in previous halos

It was a 5-shot before, not a 3-shot

The 2-hit kill is a must for flood. Unfortunately, It still feels like flood can win half of the engagements, so Hivemind still is not enough for me to actually play the flood playlist.
