I was not able to find any footage of your Wraith glitching out. But, I did find that the placement of the railing pieces surrounding the Gauss Warthogs enables them to blast off when destroyed by an explosive weapon. Hence, I saw your body fly onto the largest island; you died at the base of the medium island. XD
