If 343 still decides to go with multiplayer acting as a simulator, then it still doesn't make sense why Elites wouldn't be included in the simulator. If you want to emulate fighting enemies, you can't if they aren't included.

It is up to the Fates (or the game engine) to decide which buildings are constructed. All city council can build are civic buildings and landmarks.

New Land Acquisitions Indicate Rapid Growth City council has set up the framework for two new city blocks last week, placing roadways and water lines to accommodate more residents. The new blocks are west of James Avenue and east of the newly named ODST Avenue, which was formerly named Orchid Avenue. The new blocks expand on the alphabetical naming of the city's avenues, with (from west to east) Halsey, Ivanoff, Pelican, Queen's, and Reclaimer Avenues being added to the city map. These blocks also include Unggoy, Kig-Yar, and Lekgolo Streets. BeckoningZebra1, one of the city's newest councilors, says he is ecstatic for development to start in these blocks. "I can't believe that I'm only in office for a couple weeks, and I've already laid out two new city blocks. I ought to get an award for working so hard, like Member of the Month or something! Don't quote me on that." He also discussed the zoning setup that was prepared. "Zoning will follow the same pattern as the old blocks in these new blocks. Commercial will line the Stig Boulevard, with residential wrapping North and South Shore Boulevards. Height limits are in place on streets to limit the size of buildings, and to prevent large traffic jams from forming." Vitamin PWN is looking forward to development as well. "I was recently informed that a new clinic may be built soon. It's not an issue of capacity, but response time. For the basic maps that come with the game, there should be one remake. Otherwise, there should be completely new maps. The strategy 343 used with remakes for Halo 4 should suffice, as only one remake appeared in the game itself and then another remake was included in a DLC pack.

I'd like to see voice commands integrated into any FPS. The ability to command your AI allies would be a tremendous help, and would allow you to get more involved in the game. Being able to tell your squad "Hold here" in Halo would make marines far more useful, since they tend to stray away from you and get themselves killed. Telling them to "Target that Wraith" or whichever target would make them much greater allies, since I'd rather have marines target whatever is giving me a lot of trouble than a Grunt who's minding his own business.

The Assault Rifle and Battle Rifle are some of the most commonly used weapons in personal loadouts. Hence, whenever Bnus dies, he will be supplying ammo to his enemies. Plus, the tactical package is rendered moot because he has to hold two rifles.

No, I have not seen anything like that in matchmaking. The best thing to do is to get their gamertags, keep reporting them, and give their profiles bad reviews to reduce your chances of running into them again. If they start to troll you, block all communication with them.

It's all a matter of closing the gap and getting a feel for which range is best to start firing your Assault Rifle. Many people have trouble getting to know the maximum effective range for the AR. By the time a typical user gets in range, they'll already be dead. XD
