    343 should definitely leave alternate gun skins in. Unlocking them as you get achievements or mash up enemies or completing any other objectives would be a good way to extend the lifespan of Halo 5's campaign, as well as hiding all sorts of other goodies in each mission. The option to create your own gun skins would be awesome, but I have a few concerns about the idea. While there are many artistically inclined players out there, including a couple right here on our precious forums, I'm not sure it would be the easiest thing to do. You need to provide the tools and make a user-friendly interface. Some trolls would probably make very lag intensive skins or inappropriate skins (such as... well, guess) and ruin the experience for everyone else.

    In terms of gameplay, Forerunner weapons fill that niche, as they inflict equal shield and physical damage to foes.

    Implementing this suggestion would turn Halo into a modern Perfect Dark clone and would completely abandon two core gameplay mechanics that have been utilized for the entirety of the series. If you want to replicate the lack of recharging shields, you can activate the Black Eye skull. Otherwise, I don't think this would be a good idea.

    I'm surprised that you haven't made more Flood maps, Zandril. This one looks very well designed with a clear sense of gameplay in mind, and who doesn't like an urban setting? The only problem with Flood maps on Forge Island is that they look too bright in my opinion, and it doesn't look really creepy. Would the Plague gametype work well on this map? I could see it being very fun.

    Muse is pretty darn good, at least their pre-Resistance work is. The 2nd Law... ugh, dreadful. Other than that, I'm a metalhead. Emperor is great, Stratovarius kicks some serious butt, and I've been on a bit of a Triosphere and Votum binge lately dispersed with a little Logic Mess.

    It doesn't help that in most gametypes and Spartan Ops, it's impossible to betray allies unless you run them over with a vehicle. So you can keep meleeing or shooting your allies without any consequences. Hence, you get annoying twits who will do exactly that just for the heck of it. It was better in older Halo games where friendly fire was a default setting. If someone betrayed you, you could betray them back, or just boot them from the game and be on your merry way.

    Uh-oh, I've started tinkering with the Minigame Toolkit on Halo 4. The possibilities are endless!

      It's a modded gametype where you can customize all sorts of different options, such as vehicle size. It also utilizes the parent-child feature to make objects rotate or fuse vehicles together.

    This map looks like it'd be a blast to play! I'm not sure what it is about maps like this, but I'm a stickler for maps that utilize boats.

    It should be mandatory for police officers to have psychological checkups every so often. Many have a tendency to stray from "protecting and serving" because they abuse their power and become slaves to their badges.

      I've tossed around the idea of a minigame where you lose points for killing, yet gain points for getting assists. It'd be a mind game, that's for sure.

    I like Complex for Flood. There are a lot of hiding spots, and if you know what you're doing, you can get Clever medals galore. Ragnarok is the worst. Even with vehicles, the map is way too open to be even remotely fun for me.

      It's nice to be working on it again. I was putting it off for awhile because starting regions is always quite a chore.
