  7. Silex is a symmetric map built for 4v4. In the few tests I ran on this map, it played pretty well. But it's still a work in progress so a lot of things are subject to change. There are two bases for each team in the map, a center structure, and a small base for sword spawn. The Rocket Launcher spawns in the center and is quite a task to acquire at the start of the match. This is because players will be flowing to the center at the beginning to create a firefight for the rockets.   8. Hello gentlemen. I'm happy to present my first competitive map on Ravine. I call it Praelium. This map is asymmetric and can play 2v2 or lower. Being room-based, Praelium has 4 main rooms. These would be Red, Blue, Gold, and Green. Encounters happen everywhere in the map but most of the interesting and fun firefights happen between top Red and top Blue. The middle bridge is the most powerful position in the map. But it is also the most open. So be wary when walking across the bridge. Weapons - Railgun (x1) - Sniper Rifle (x1) - Light Rifle (x1) - Pulse Grenade (x2) - Frag Grenade (x2) - Assault Rifle (x1) - DMR (x1) - Thruster Pack *Only the Railgun spawns at the start of a match.   9. Hey guys. I'm proud to present to you a competitive map that I made. This map is named Xenos. This map is designed primarily for 2v2 and 1v1 and has a forerunner theme that I think I pulled off pretty well. Xenos is compatible with multiple gametypes. These being Slayer, Extraction, KoTH, and Oddball. Overall, I'm very proud with this map. It has a simple layout and look and it plays very well for 1v1 and 2v2 games.   19. You seem to have a knack at making map posts and then having one picture and video. I suggest that you embed more than one screenshot of your map in the future. Because it'll be a lot easier for viewers of your post if you embed the pictures. Just sayin'

  24. Xtounge, you're lucky that Choot 'Em was nice enough to embed your images for you. I suggest doing this yourself for any of your future map posts. Anyway, I see some issues with the map from looking at the screenshots. - Oversteep ramp: In the 2nd picture, that ramp is too steep. I suggest that you don't use those 2x2 steeps as an incline in a competitive map. A lot of people resort to using them as walls or flooring. But not as an actual ramp. Personally, I use the Ramp XL, Stunt, and 2x2 for my ramp ups. - Low roof: In the 3rd screenshot, that ceiling is too low. You never want players hitting their heads when they jump. - Lazy/sloppy forging: As seen in the 4th and 5th screenshots, you left a bunch of holes/openings uncovered. This is quite sloppy and I suggest covering these up. That's all I got from looking at the pictures but if I get the chance to download the map, I'll let you know what else I find.
