It was a link to these forums that he sent me in the chat. As for speed test, why would I be able to get in to any other game online but not the Castle DLC? I have a feeling it's going to be what the Director said.

I go in to Castle DLC, I wait for players. Players join, we vote for map, as it starts counting down, it shows all the other players as leaving and puts me back in the lobby waiting for players to join. I can get in to other games no problems, it's only when I try to get in to Castle DLC games. I have talked to X-Box support, they had me clear cache and redownload. Second guy I talked to said to come here.
