i like sprint it gives the game more dynamics and as has been said was inevitable at some point anyway.

As a whole i really enjoyed it but the very beginning with all the introductions was poor. Seemed like an advert for 'join the UNSC'. But thats a minor personal gripe, otherwise, awesome!

It doesnt happen to me loads but enough to be annoying. Its wierd im not sure if its game type specific as i most often join in progress games on btb but whenever people leave and dont get replaced its usually on bts or dominion, although that could be my memory playing tricks -
ive had many similar problems unloading an entire br clip into someones head and they then kill me with 2 bursts etc etc.

this can indeed be pretty frustrating, although i have been in a few bts or dominion games where 2 or 3 members of my team quite after a couple of minutes and no one else comes into the game so it makes it all a bit confusing. -

Also it is worth noting that having 500 more kills than deaths being good depends on the numbers involved eg. if you have 1000 kills and 500 deaths thats a 2.0 spread, however if you have 100000 kills and 99500 deaths thats only 1.005 -
This playlist is a great addition, although more koth would be good. Also some extraction wouldnt go amiss. i miss that gametype.

K/D spread is VERY dependant on gametype as well as how the game is played. For instance most of the time when i play king of the hill i usually come in the top 2 for time in the hill but my K/D spread is pretty bad. As Redstarrocket said if you play for the team that doesnt always translate to a good spread. In BTB i enjoy driving warthogs and depending on the gunner i can get a lot of assists but very few kills. Does that make me a bad player? -
I had this problem orginally but there is a seperate flight inversion option in the controls menu

Slayer pro does not have radar, or at least it never has when i have played on it. As for tanks i do miss them, although wraiths still exist in dominion. As for fun game types team action sack has a few although maybe not the exact types you mentioned. As for the searching system im not entirely sure what you mean

You may have a point although i still think some of the changes are good. Although keeping some playlists in the classic style wouldnt be a bad thing at all. If 343 had have just released a revamped H3 they would have got slated anyway maybe some changes went too far but at least they have tried to rectify some of it.

Wouldnt that just be Halo3 with updated graphics and maps? I agree with certain points but change must happen if a game is to survive. I agree about the armour abilities or at least some of them, Active cammo should a placed item not free at spawn. I think sprint is generally fine as it promotes map movement and stops a couple of snipers holding everything down. As for loadouts well i love the old style gameplay but i quite like the extra level loadouts bring to the game (now that the weapons are better balanced) although certain abilities within loadouts are too much. As for ordinance, i think it has its place in certain gametypes but some weapons (rocket launchers, Fuel rod, spartan laser, all snipers etc ) should be placement only limit it to extra grenades and less powerful weapons and balance it better between teams.

It does indeed look awesome although why does a super soldier in power armour need to wear a cloak? sorry..of course it adds to his own personal awesomness.

Halo 2 was far and away the toughest for me, then CE. CE was definately my favourite, then reach.

I quite enjoy the update i think most things are more balanced. I havent had any major lag problems (no more than before), 10% extra speed doesnt make much difference with lag cheaters anyway as even if you did hit them half the time its doesnt register. The game is still not perfect but its an improvement. Although the scorpion seems to have disappeared entirely from BTB but otherwise vehicle balancing seems better. Saying the game is fundamentally not same seems excessive as it still plays like halo. With such a major update months later it shows that 343 realise they made some mistakes and have tried to rectify them and to some extent i think they have succeeded.

I thought the pro gametype would be a seperate list not a gametype within a list. Most of the community forge island playlist plays alot like classic halo with no ordinance although loadouts do still exist.

Yeah same here, exept its mainly king of the hill that sends my K/D spread down the hole but its one of my fav game types so screw it.

Csr in H4 requires winning games alot to get to 50 and by winning i mean top score in the game (although it is different for some gametypes. You cant just play loads and you will get there eventually (which is exactly what sr was and is) Its true csr should only matter to those who care and the amount of threads about it is getting a bit mental.

So i have heard you cant Join a gip after 60 secs has passed. Whenever it happens to me its pretty much always early in the game. This is only a recent addition i believe.
