  1. When I say it's you I like, I'm talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.

  2. Does anyone find it strange that were alien abduction reports that started appearing, and then after Area 51 was built... Then humans got the largest technological advancements we have ever had in just a matter of decades... First aliens paid us a visit... Then the Government captured one, or at befriended one... Then they built Area 51 to dissect and inspect the aliens, and reverse engineer their technology... Then the government started building prototypes based off of what they discovered... And here we are today with Smart HD Televisions, Touchscreen smartphones, Super Computers, etc.
  3. I would like a game that lets you play as the Early Humans or possibly a Forerunner. You fight along side either Early Humans if your playing as a forerunner or Forerunners if your playing a Early Human respectively. And you get sentinels to aid you in your battles... The Enemy?... Why the flood, of course? It all takes place during the Forerunner-Flood War and the building of the Halo rings, and other installations. Hell Maybe if we were lucky we would get to play as the badass forerunner who finally activated the rings.
  4. Well I have genes from the very fist Single celled organism that contained the (What would someday become, blueprints for a love and passion for gaming...). But in a more modern terms, you could almost say I was born gaming. I'm a gamer straight from the womb, and right to the tomb. My first game was PC games for Windows 98 on a high-end early 90's computer that my dad purchased. It took over an hour just to turn on, and boot up, but back in 96 that was the bomb. Nightmare Ned,101 Dalmations: Escape from DeVil Manor, and some kinda Tonka truck video game were my firsts. Then came Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Color, and Nintendo 64.. That's when my gaming interest really started to take off. And its all history from there... Here I am today!
  5. Well I'm proud to say I still have a Tube TV from the early 90's. But if I ever get some spare cash, I will finish my filling my "Rainy Day" Glass jar for money. I have been saving up for the past three and a half years to get... This sucker>http://www.sharpusa.com/ForHome/HomeEntertainment/LCDTV/Models/LC80LE857U.aspx
  6. Help me help you, to help me help you, so you can help me help you, so I can better help you help me help you. I wanna be of service, but your not giving me much to work with.
  7. If "Shutdown" is the only level/mission you did not complete on legendary, or if you did complete it on legendary, but it did not register, then you should just have to complete that one mission on legendary while connected to Xbox Live and you should unlock the armor.
  8. I never tried with using this one software to see if it works for all of my internet connection (like phone, laptop, tv, Xbox) or just my Desktop PC but it could be something to look into if you are concerned about safety... Try This > http://www.hidemyass.com/ See if using this helps you my friend. Investigate to see if purchasing the full version is worth it to you. Don't get it if it won't resolve your issue, or if you feel it will not help you in anyway. It sucks about whats happening to you, and I wish I could help more, but I am not a tech guy so don't take my word for it. I can only give my advice and opinion but its is up to you if you want to follow it... At the end of the day, you can do whatever you wanna do.
  9. I want to get the Legendary Edition. But my wallet is looking at me with a sad face... It is hungry and needs to be fed, but I have no cash to feed it. So now my Xbox will cry because it will not get to taste Destiny...
  10. What did one ocean say to the other ocean? Nothing... they just waved.

I am not trying to not be unfunny. Funny is a form of sarcasm in a day were only the reverse opposite of the false statement about truth is illogically illogical. Which is quite logical if you don't ask me.

  11. Ah, I know the feeling man... Those first few lines... The meaning behind those lyrics... The way she sings them... Her voice... That song is powerful... hits me right in the feels.
  12. A shield world would protect you, yes. Could we build one today? No... BUT if you reversed the Polarity's of the fluctuating, Combustion, of the Displacemented dispersal units, into reverse override Level 3, and adjusted the Frequency of the Hyperbolic Space Time Continuum and altered it to a Optimal Level of Habitable Capabilities and combined it with a large enough self sustaining ecosystem and Created an Artificial Intelligence that was Unencumbered, you could have an Operable and in working order shield world capable of sustaining a blast equivalent to the magnitude levels of a halo ring firing. That is of course you built it correctly and Floccinaucinihilipilification isn't included in the same sentence as your design infrastructure... But onto your idea. It sounds very interesting but it sounds like something from a Star Wars game.
  13. Hello Mighty Lama, I will try to answer your question the best I can. In Halo Reach people started hating Sprint because of five fundamental things... 1. It made Halo Feel like it was becoming a Copy of Call Of Duty. 2. It made tactics that worked in previous halos, no longer viable. 3. It let players escape fights/duels/battles and get away when they should have or would have died in normal circumstances. 4. It let less skilled players get to power weapons quicker with the push of a button. 5. And lastly it added a new noob tactic, called "The Double Melee". Someone would sprint up to you before you could even have time to react and melee you twice, and that was the end of you. This also made Sprint+Energy Sword a deadly combination and according to some, overpowered. Halo 4 fixed some of these, but in doing so it also replaced some with new ones... 1. Sprint cannot be disabled in custom games, without cheating or modding. 2. Everyone has sprint on-top of having another armor ability. 3. Sprint lasts much longer before you run out of it, and there is no delay for sprint as soon as you just finished sprinting. In Reach you had to wait until the Armor ability dial reset before you could sprint agian. But it did improve over Reachs Sprint in that... 1. You now come out of sprint, and stop sprinting when you are taking damage. Preventing less skilled players from escaping death and fleeing the scene. 2. The overall mechanics to sprint are more balanced. 3. Now that everyone has it, it makes it more fair in a sense. I Hope I was of service and helped answer you question, or was of any use to you in any way. Take care now! See you around sometime my friend!
  14. They might have thought of that, if we are lucky. But it really all depends of if they reuse the Halo 4 Engine (which was a improved version of Halo Reachs engine, just like how Halo CE/Halo 2 and Halo 3/Halo 3:ODST all shared the same engine.), or if they build a new one from the ground up, like the transition from Halo 3 to Halo Reach.
  15. The second sentence is false... The first sentence is true -Which sentence is true and which is false?

  16. I will get the Xbox One Slim, with Kinect 2.5, and 1TB hard-drive and post patch Xbox Live pre-installed. Preferably a limited edition one, like the Star Wars Xbox 360 slim with that beautiful gold Controller...
  17. Theres obviously a big difference between $3.50 eBay HDMI cables to Super Monster WiFi-Enabled HD-Sharpened Monster HDMI Cables that have diamond coating and checkered platinum/gold coating to increase data transfer speeds for $499.99. But I only buy HDMI cables that the smart people at Best Buy sell me. Usually they're dipped in Chocolate and have built in Surge protectors and military grade carbon fiber.
  18. 343i should just include the ability for players to adjust each weapons damage, fire rate, and Auto aim/aim assist and bullet magnetism themselves. That way it makes it easier for 343 to make changes quickly for matchmaking, and it gives us the option to make weapons behave how we see fit for custom games, machinimas, or whatever we need them to be.
  19. My Load-out is called "Back at you". My body armor is composed of rubber, mirrors, and diamond infused titanium and Graphene. I have the Shield that Captain America uses. I have the Hammer that Thor uses. I have a dual wielded scarab gun. And I have a special device that returns the amount of damage I receive back at the enemy but with double the damage.
  20. So far Battlefront 2 already satisfy's me, and leaves me content. So a game that combines the best of Battlefront 1, and Battlefront 2, and adds a ton of new things, and is next gen graphics, audio, physics, and Artificial intelligence.... This game is already blowing my mind and it's not even in alpha build yet...
  21. I've always had a open gaming relationship. I never just use one console exclusively. I use my PC to play Runescape, GBA/NDS emulators, and games with great graphics. I use my old consoles like my N64, PS2, and original Xbox to play all of my favorite older games. And I use a Xbox 360 now but that's just mainly to finish watching all the episodes and seasons of "The Wire" with my brother. We just started season 3. We use Pirate Bay to download all the seasons in HD for free and then stream them through Vuze on my PC to the Xbox 360. Plus not to mention, Hulu Plus and Netflix is how we see other shows that we don't wanna have to download. And for my gaming needs the Xbox is the only console so far (Not counting handheld) that has any games that peak my interest. So, so far the Xbox can satisfy me. Now when it comes to next-gen. I will be getting both. As I did with the PS2 and Xbox. But not the PS3 and Xbox 360. I will wait until each console builds its game library and redesigns the console (Like PS3 and Xbox 360 Slim). The longer I wait the better the technology gets. The better my first experience will be...
  22. Why did the chicken cross the road to the other side, when it was already on the other side of where it needed to be? But what if it was on the right side? Then it would just be crossing for no reason...

    1. Composite Armour

      Composite Armour

Why do people put roads where chickens can cross them?

    2. I_Make_Big_Boom

      I_Make_Big_Boom

Well if the road hadn't encroached on the Chicken's territory in the first place.

      Composite Armour

It could be a road that no body uses. And roads have the right to expand.

  23. Also add... 6. Bring back Precision Editing. 7. Allow us to change themes of objects independently (Forerunner, human, Covy, Flood, Etc.) 8. Give us an Undo button. 9. Give us a "remove all" button and make one for each thing separately. Like "Remove all Weapons", "Remove all Vehicles", "Remove all Scenery". 10. Allow us to add bots to maps, or at least non moving or thinking A.I. Like let us put 20 or so flood combat forms just standing inside a research test tube. Or let us place as many or as little fish that swim away as we want and where we want in water. 11. Let us customize water. Like water clarity, purity, color, deepness, temperature (Steaming hot spring or icebergs), water current speed and direction, Etc.
