    I see what you mean. Our clans are similar, but how we started is relatively different. Just make sure to only put someone in a division with good leadership skills. Not in the sense of giving orders, but in the sense of listening and being there for the members.

    I know of a clan that is mainly UK players if you are willing to deal with younger gamers. Message Deathbringer689 on xbox. If you do not care if it is in the UK (or for that matter, Greenwich Mean Time), you can message AA Ransom on xbox live. I lead Alighted Angels, an American based clan. I hope this helps!

    Quick tip: try to start in one or two games at first in order to get your core players. Once you get a solid base, then you should expand into the other games (probably one at a time). I hope this helps!

    A good idea would be to contact other clans for battling or for alliances. This helps encourage members to be active and spreads your name around the community.

    A good website that i found for tips on running a clan (including recruiting) helped with my clan. The blog post is by the leader of the clan the Nipples of Fire. Pretty cool in my opinion.
