completed challenge and got no exsperience!?!?!? please help.

me and a friend completed 2 campain challenges that were very difficult and took us more than 4 hours to beat and we got it done and showed we completed it and got off to go buy smokes came back started it up and played a few matches with my friend to realize i didnt get it but it shows them completed. PLEASE help me.
