SAMRII

So I was wondering who else cannot 4 shot with a BR among other things in the update.. I have tried with a few of my friends in matchmaking and custom to be able to 4 shot with a BR. Still 5 shot even with my barrel right in the face of my opponent.. I constantly am getting killed with a 4 shot from the BR.. This IS NOT FAIR!.. It feels like the update missed me or something..Anyone else have this problem?
