  3. Ask the Detective. They had at most 1 investigation under their belt before kicking the bucket. Otherwise we're all in the dark, myself included. Null I think is the best option.

  7. Oh I forgot to put that in the rules. There's a sentence somewhere in there that says RNG won't do the kills for them though, I know it's there. I'll update it. Each player will be assigned a sketch, and it'll be the one that sticks with them for the rest of the game. I'm not going to make role-specific sketches like a Juggernaut-centric one so that everyone's in the dark on who's who. Kind of like how a Masked Ball works in real life.
  8. Oh, and I'm going to used detailed digital sketches for the role icons. They won't be cartoonish, but... mostly horrifying. Anyone who's seen my art will know what to expect. So, I think the theme will be... a Macabre Masked Ball.

  11. God, this is great. Legionarreer is ma waifu, don touch. Advice for your game. You are the host, and the decision of what to include is ultimately your decision. 1. Mafia should not be able to recruit a new Mafian unless the mainline population is slimmed to 3 or 4. Still, good idea. I know it sounds bad, but it's true: Mafia cannot survive without worthy miscreants. RNG sometimes bans an uncooperative group together which dooms the game before it even begins. 2. Spankmaster doesn't have a very good power. Shooting themselves in the foot could cripple them for the entire game. A Mafian should die by player CHOICE / result of their own screw-up rather than RNGesus. Maybe get rid of him altogether. 3. Take heed of the number of people willing to participate, and make sure the Protown-Mafia ratio fluidly coincides with the player population. As it stands now both sides are almost equal in units. One needs a buff, and the other should cut back. Mafians are the informed minority for a reason. 4. Neutral dude should choose to kill, and drop the RNG option. RNG no bueno. It's hilarious, but not good for stability, and kinda cheapens the experience. 5. Not sure if you already have this in mind, but just in case the Medic should not be able to protect themselves. It would make them near invincible. 6. Adding in a bunch of roles that can kill will shorten the game's lifespan. You can make it as short as you want, but I just want you to remember this.

Too many cooks in the kitchen will cause an accident eventually, if you catch my drift. Sorry. Just know that we haven't abandoned you AND will do everything in our power to make sure as many of you survive as possible. End of public service announcement blegh. Oh, and Maefoas suck like allot.   14. You don't need to apologize for anything. Mafia is an ever-changing work in progress, and this change was a benefit: not a hindrance. Now we know what both a Vigilante and RNG Suspect List can do for a game, and whether or not they should be included should require a look at the example made here. For reference of course. No hard feelings, and thanks. Sorry for pestering you about it. I'm not naturally a patient person. And the plan wouldn't be a plan if the Mafians know what it entails.
  15. They aren't forced to kill anyone, and benefit from having a Suspect List for a nonexistent murder consisting of RNG individuals. And since it's pure RNG there's no rule requiring a Mafian to be on the list in the first place. That's not balance, that's an unfair advantage. An advantage they did not get on their own, but through a rule change. If you're really set on continuing with this then I guess we'll just have to deal with it. I have a plan.
