  1. I'm dead yo. Former Head of Security at your service. Anyway, Mafia's a battle of wits (or a battle of dimwits, like a'me). Imagine L & Light Yagami from Death Note going at it, and trying to best the other. That's what I think of Mafia. That's what makes Mafia fun to me. At the end of the day Mafia's just a game where everyone's out to have fun: myself included. I just happen to be the guy who scrutinizes everything, and expects the enemy team(s) to be the scheming masterminds I want them to be.
  2. I'm going to go with this in bits, and pieces: You guys realize that if Church isn't mafian (I hope he is), that you are going to kill me too. How could you be so sure that EK and Bnus are innocent when the risk is 2 possible pro-townians? Can someone tell me what makes you so sure? Well for the longest time it's usually been 1-2 Mafians, and 2-3 Protowns per Lynch. Both EK & Bnus revealed their roles to me, so it's you or the Crutch. This game ups the ante by adding an additional Mafian slot when the **** hits the fan, and the ship goes to Code Blue. That's the most drastic difference. Everyone voted for Kakashi with absolute certainty... I'm questioning everyone's reasoning. For starters Kakashi's identity wasn't confirmed at all. He sent me a PM most likely in hopes of proving to me that he was innocent, but the only thing it DID prove was that he was willing to work with me (honestly I rarely do work nowadays). Secondly... are you questioning the voting bandwagon? Do you know how many times this has happened in the past? I don't think this needs explanation. I doubt anyone had certainty let alone hard proof on Kakashi being a Mafian. This is what I'm wondering: Why would EK and Bnus blatantly announce that they're innocent? It would've been better to ask Self Destruct to have everyone vote say, Church, by framing him; however, this may not have been possible considering that I could be the mafian - a mistake would lose whatever merit SD has in civvies believing him. I can understand that, but it's a better alternative than revealing 2 roles, and besides, there are more deadies to mediate. This literally only puts targets on their heads. Roles can screenshot their PM, and SD would've taken this. The only way to have proven themselves is to demonstrate their ability to SD. If they didn't prove their role like this, there is no legitimate grounds to believe their innocence; Bnus has a past of fraudery. I really hope you don't have roles, but it doesn't seem possible, which also means they're not mafians. As I've expressed, I don't trust anyone anymore, including SD, because of how illogical your decisions are. For all I know, this is a mafian scheme, and I don't want to fall for it; Being so outwards with this makes me curious as if this is a way to not be suspected. There's not much else to do when everyone's voting for you. Announcing your role would be a believable response: nearly everyone has done this before. They could have asked me to help them out, but they would need to wait for me to get online. I've been somewhat afk for the past month. I'm not reliable currently. It would be better if I pointed out that both EK, and Bnus are not guilty (which I did), and tell everyone to vote for you, or Church (again, I already did this). I am the middle man after all. Why would I do this? Well I don't want everyone killing Church just because I say so... when I have no evidence on either of you to prove you're guilty (well that's half the truth right now)... except for the fact that one of you IS a Mafian. I don't frame. That's not how I play... unless I'm a Mafian. Also, how else am I supposed to get everyone to vote for you, or Church? We know one of you is the Mafian. The logical choice would be to vote one of you out, and keep EK / Bnus out of the fray. If one of you happens to be Protown we'll know the other is Mafia. And I don't see anyone going "HOORAH" over my decisions, and I don't expect them to. It's their choice if they think I'm a monkeybutt. I'm in it to win, and to do so I'll have to play smart while being honest to the masses (not too honest however. I don't want to give any vital info to the Mafians). Also, EK & Bnus could both be Crew members. Or they could be Staff. I could have discovered a way to prove a Crew member's innocence... or maybe I'm bluffing, and the whole thing is a farce. I have reason to lie to you since you're probably a Mafian after all, but I want everyone to know that their role within Protown isn't concrete when "revealed" to everyone. It's a safety protocol I guess. I thought the mafians would be more cautious, figuring that there are only 3 left... *Fingers crossed* Someone who's backed into a corner usually tries to wriggle their way out by doing some form of damage control, or behind-the-scenes trickery. You're only succeeding in becoming more suspicious by posting this humongous post. SD couldn't have seen Bnus or EK's role in Skype Video Chat. His internet isn't good enough, and he wouldn't go through the trouble to confirm them this way. Wrong. My internet renews on the 2nd of every month, and stays somewhat stable until mid-month. It's potato quality for around, say... the last 1/3rd to a rough half of the month. Currently it's gr8. + I actually do go through the trouble of proving someone's role because you know... I don't like being deceived. I'm always suspicious of people until they provide substantial proof: which both of them did. I'm probably the 1 person here who's the hardest to convince. This is the only option we have right now. Just take yours or Church's doom with dignity.
  3. It's optional for Crew members, but mandatory for Staff. Crew members don't have any evidence to show while Staff can screenshot their role PMs. There's other ways, but I'd rather not say them here. Some Crew members PM'd me. I appreciate their cooperation, but there's still no proof of their role (at least for the ones who are still alive).
  4. Both Hayley Kenway, and Bnus are NOT the Mafians. I have personally seen proof to prove their role. Pengu or Church are the Mafian (or Mafians if RNG put 2 on the list).
  5. ^ He did send me a PM claiming he was a Civilian, but it doesn't prove anything. On the flipside there's no evidence to show that he's Mafia. So it's a wild guess on who the culprit is in this Lynch (I'm horribly late on this. I've been afk doing some things the last week).
  6. There will be variations of vehicles & different skins for them in Halo 5: some of which are "OP" -

  7. A smart Mafian plans things before doing them, and plays on the tics, and tendencies of the Protown mass.
  8. Wrong. Voting for someone IS dumb if we have no evidence to prove their innocence otherwise. Mayh3m said without question that he's willing to die to prove his identity. He even asked us to vote for him. I'd rather vote for someone concrete instead of killing a random person, and hope that it's a Mafian. Now you say that a Mafian is not prepared to die... you're wrong. If it furthers their plans a Mafian will willingly sacrifice themselves, or take risks to get a big payoff. Getting everyone to vote the Juggernaut, or Hunter in previous games while the Mafians hold back to plan would be a good strategy, correct? So long as the Juggernaut/Hunter is already confirmed. This would protect the identities of the other Mafians while buying some time by getting their comrade to make a sacrifice (as long as no one votes for any RNG Mafians in a Lynch). They're prepared to die. Imagine that Mayh3m IS Mafia, and he himself tries to get the Mafians to kill him even though he's impervious to execution. All it would take is a voice of reason to step in (you), and try to get everyone to vote for someone else, even though Mayh3m is asking for it to prove his innocence. If a person shows up front that they'll die to prove their innocence wouldn't it make it easier to believe they're telling the truth? Even if they're Mafia? If so that would suggest that a Mafian could deceive everyone into thinking they're Protown all because they decided to lay their life on the line: a risk worth taking. So long as a fellow Mafian steps in to get everyone to cancel their vote so their friend can put on a Protown mask.
  9. He's the man with the plan, so I think we should listen to what he says. Throw me those PMs if you're willing. I do hate to force people to do things, but currently this is the only action we can do at the moment that could potentially save future shipmates. I may have used my power for nothing, but there wasn't much else I could do. I'm glad I at least was able to do something before I died. I no longer will be voting for Tony Stark, by the way. And I advice everyone else to hold your votes until we can get a better idea on the identities of the madmen stalking the halls of our precious ship. But you're still willing to vote someone out even though you claim "but the last time someone tried this cheeky tactic *cough* Bnus *cough*m the game was ruined", and "Mafia games come down to the wire, and losing a civvi without reason loses pro-town a turn at the end of the game" You just contradicted yourself by voting for Church. You're taking the same shot in the dark as everyone else, and the same gambit that Protown has taken every Mafia Game. How do you know that Church is innocent, or guilty? He could be a Civilian, or part of the Staff for all we know.
  10. Wow. I put Tony Stark on the Suspect List so I guess I'll vote for him. I don't really have evidence to prove he's guilty ATM, I'm just doing this for giggles.
  11. COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODE BLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUE Dude getting everyone to do Code Blue is going to be a major hassle.

  13. Phil Spencer sat down with Giant Bomb on their E3 Podcast not that long ago to talk about how Backwards Compatibility works, and clear confusion on some of what it can & can't support. He went on to say that multi-disc 360 games, like Wolfenstein: The New Order or Dead Space 3, are currently in development, and are being looked into. He said specifically, "We're still working on multi-disc. Lost Odyssey, and Blue Dragon are some of my favorites from the 360. There's actually work in packing a multi-disc into single that requires us to go back and look at the original package on the multiple discs and reconfigure that. There weren't allot of multi-discs on 360, but that is an issue for us." He also made a brief comment regarding Kinect: noting that 360 Kinect games will not work on Xbox One, "There's some caveats, and as always I like to be as transparent as I can be on this: Kinect games won't work from the 360, because translating between the Kinect sensors is almost impossible." Lastly, Xbox Support on Twitter confirmed that disc-based & digital 360 DLC will be supported, and can be transferred to Xbox One via the Backwards Compat. system. However, the availability of the DLC depends on whether or not the Developer or Publisher approves it. For example, if a company like ZeniMax were to allow it's consumers to port it's 360 DLC to the One, content such as Dawnguard from Skyrim & Mothership Zeta from Fallout 3 will be playable with no strings attached (the content still needs to be tested beforehand, like Phil Spencer said in the podcast above), and possibly all DLC from the GOTY and special editions of said games will be utilized as well. Again, this still depends on the content-holders giving the green-light. Backwards Compatibility will be available to everyone later this year, and supposedly will launch with around 100 supported titles, and hundreds more every month. Those who are in the Xbox One Preview Program can test the system's current titles right now, like Perfect Dark Zero, Super Meat Boy, and Battleblock Theater. Xbox additionally has a public vote on which games will be approved. You can go to the Xbox Feedback forums here to cast your vote on a game you would like to see on Xbox One. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Halo 5: Guardians has plenty of pre-order bonuses that are acquired from different retailers, such as Agent Locke's HUNTER armor from Gamestop & GAME, the Projection SMG from Amazon, and a loadout weapon & skin from Xbox Live. The incentives to buy the game from all these retailers makes the content too exclusive for any one person to get unless you want to go through a large amount of hassle. It makes the choice & lack of choice of place to preorder all the more difficult. Relieving the pressure on fan's shoulders, Josh Holmes of 343 Industries made a quick response to a user on Twitter regarding availability of the preorder content. He confirmed that all preorder content can be unlocked in the base game regardless of who you bought the game from, and that the preorder itself just "- guarantees you have it out of box.". So earning something like the Sentinel Battle Rifle from Gamestop will require work in-game to get, but you'll still have a guarantee of the content being unlockable.
