  1. I'm positive that Bloodline will be the best iteration yet, though I'll need to play on the map to get the final verdict. I prefer Coagulation over Blood Gulch do to it's inclusion of the Banshees. Bloodline seems to be an evolution of that with the Hornets.
  2. Welcome back Bagel man. I haven't talked to you at all, but maybe we'll chat in the SB sometime, yeh?
  3. No. Starting today, you will be able to pre-download the game (assumingly after you pre-order, or purchase it). After you finish downloading the data will pretty much sit idle until November 11th: you will not be able to play the game until then. Then on the 11th the game will be unlocked, and you will be able to play the game (but a Day 1 20GB patch will need to be downloaded first). The reasoning behind this is to give people the chance to download the game early so they don't have to wait and download it on launch day. They essentially get the game the second it comes out instead of starting to download the game on the 11th. Also the game is a whopping 45GBs, and letting everyone download the game at Launch will probably put a strain on the servers (though there is still allot of people who will download on Day 1, but I'm thinking not as much as the other reality where Pre-Downloading doesn't exist).
  4. I think the general consensus is that he came face to face with a War Sphinx, or that other one that's supposedly more advanced. But we don't know for sure. 343i might have created an entirely new Construct, and we wouldn't know until more info would be released. In the MCC Trailer Locke meets with the Arbiter on a desert-like world, or landscape. Sanghelios has a yellow-red-ish hue to the atmosphere, like Halopedia says "Sanghelios' sky varies in hue from a 'BRIGHT YELLOW' to a blood red, due to large amounts of suspended particles in the upper atmosphere". Prepare for an info drop:
  5. Anyone can post news so long as you don't post news that was posted already (that's a mouthful) I saw this earlier on H4N, and it was pretty cool. I love how the Hornet still has Rockets. Not like that Troop Transport that was on Sandbox. Thanks for posting this. It's pretty interesting indeed.
  6. Today, Dan Ayoub on Xbox Wire revealed a ton of details for the Master Chief Collection. 1: Today, Friday October 17th, EVERYONE will be able to pre-download the Master Chief Collection. This is due to the game going Gold (final stages of production). Pre-purchasing on Xbox.com also gives you a bonus "Boom" Skull, though I don't know what it's attributes are. 2: Halo: The Master Chief Collection will now be released on November 11th for most areas around the world. This means the majority of Europe will now receive the MCC on the 11th, and not the 14th. There are some exceptions to this. Belgium's release is on November 12, France is on November 14, and Japan on November 13. 3: The MCC will initially need 45GBs of download space. Then on Day 1 everyone will need to download a content update that is estimated to be 20GBs. Some features like Multiplayer won't be playable until the Day 1 update is downloaded, though it is unknown if this pertains to you being able to play the game on Xbox Live, or to the MP as a whole being unplayable even offline. Dan Ayoub stated the reasoning for the large update on Xbox Wire, "From the start, our philosophy has been to give Halo fans the best possible experience and not compromise the quality or features of the collection. The result is that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will take up almost all of the usable space of a single Blu-ray (45 GB), and we will also issue a content update at launch that is estimated to be 20 GB. You’ll be able to start playing Campaign and more as the content is installing, with some features and multiplayer content being added via the update. "Yes, the update is large, but we weren’t about to cut corners to save disc space. This ensures that you are getting every bit of Halo goodness we can fit in." 4: Spartan Ops will not be initially available in the Master Chief Collection due to 343 making some "technical enhancements to that experience". All 10 Episodes of Spartan Ops will release on the same day in December (though the exact date is unclear). - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thoughts? 10. It could go both ways, but we'll have to see which one of us dies first. I don't think you're Mafia, but it's the only lead I have right now.
  11. The newcomers came in before Scene 1 was posted. The Scene Deductions are evidence. That's how we prove who could be Mafia. That's why I post the "Game So Far" things. Ledgend lynched Grif yesterday at 6:09 PM (without posting a fleshed out Lynch scene), and I think we have to wait 48 hours between scenes, so yes around 6:09 PM tomorrow the new scene should be posted.
  12. This is the evidence: Scene 3 Suspects: / Self Destruct + TheSilverCenturion / Shinya Kogami + Dexter Grief There was no Mafian voted out that round, and no confirmed Mafians appeared there either. So either you, or me are one of the remaining Mafians: hell potentially BOTH of us could be Mafians, but my civvy way of life tells me that that's not true at all. So if I die, and I'm Civvy, then the list would look like this: Scene 3 Suspects: + Self Destruct + TheSilverCenturion - Shinya Kogami + Dexter Grief The same could be done vice-versa. - Self Destruct + TheSilverCenturion + Shinya Kogami + Dexter Grief This evidence can be proven completely wrong if Yang decides to come forward and say that there were NO Mafians that Lynch... but in regard to the amount of backlash he would get for doing that, it's highly unlikely that's the case. So like I said it's either you, or me, and then 1 final Mafian. I've said this before, and I'll say it again: I'm not a Mafian. But I have no other way to prove that, so we'll just have to see what happens next round.
  13. Halo: Spartan Strike Game Art & Screenshots + Plot info, and other details - http://343i.org/2fy

  14. According to Gamespot, Microsoft posted a slew of Screenshots & Game Art from Halo: Spartan Strike today: following the initial Spartan Strike announcement a day or so ago. Adam91 made the post concerning the initial announcement yesterday: http://343i.org/2fx Gamespot says that Microsoft "boasts" that Spartan Strike will feature "unparalleled visuals" for a mobile game. Concerning the screenshots and images it would seem that claim could be true: Spartan Strike Game Art, and Screenshots: On a side note, the original gameplay video had 343 producer Fred LaPorte giving a basic walkthrough of the game with Ryan McCaffrey of IGN. LaPorte went on to give a brief synopsis of the game. Today, Microsoft also chimed in to give some details: [spoilerS AHEAD] Halo: Spartan Strike releases on December 12, 2014, at the price of $6, for Windows platforms: like desktop, Surface tablets, and Windows Phones. The game is also coming to Steam, and supports USB Xbox controllers. Spartan Strike players can also unlock achievements in-game to earn an exclusive emblem, nameplate, and avatar for Halo: The Master Chief Collection: similar to how Spartan Assault had ties with Halo 4. Unlike Spartan Assault, Spartan Strike WON'T have microtransactions, and everything in-game can be unlocked using in-game currency you earn. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thoughts? 15. Because we can't double lynch. It'll go to RNG then: which leaves one dead, and one alive, but chosen randomly. I'd rather settle it in a deciding vote then place my trust in a Random Number Generator to kill the Mafian.
  16. I'm just saying currently there are 5.
  17. I can say that I'm not Mafian, but of course no one will believe me. Since you are the only other person on the grill list Shinya... you will be my next target. One of us is Mafian, and I'm pretty sure it's not me (but I can't prove it). If we end up on the next Lynch together, then I have no other choice then to vote for you. I've taken too many risks voting for pro-towns this game, and It's high time I kill a Mafian.
  18. Halo Wars Locust maybe? A Spectre from Halo 2 would also be a good fit for the Warthog. Maybe even the Prowler from Halo 3.
  19. Hellow daHOLLYxboxmastr (really creative name right ther) thanks for jumping in with us!
  20. Here's an analysis of an interesting little vehicle... The Kestrel VTOL Now what is so special about this vehicle you ask? Well there's some surprising information... 1. The Kestrel was a vehicle that was cut during early stages of development in Halo: CE. On Halopedia it is said, "Various pieces of concept art for the craft were shown in the Halo 2 Collector's Edition Disc, and the name Kestrel is also found in the Halo: Combat Evolved game code.". 2. MegaBloks released a Halo Set featuring none other than the Kestrel. Many a Halo fan became hyped that it could show up in future games: 3. THERE'S A NEW HALO GAME... well... it's nearly a Halo game... WITH THE KESTREL: Halo: Spartan Strike. The dude previewing the game was asked if it could show up in Halo 5, and he said "Uhh I can't comment on that". COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!!
  21. You should know firsthand Caboose. Its not like I've said that dozens of times already... Vote for her for all I care.
