  1. This man is perhaps one of the most talented people to have ever worked on Halo. When faced with the option to only detail one side of the CCS, he realised he didn't know how Axis would use his models in Spartan Ops, so he decided to detail the entire ship. Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 If you don't have time to read those articles, here's a few screenshots of his nearly finalised models. 2. Very nice. My only criticism is that the front end is a little too big in proportion to the back. Also, are there possibly longer, and sharper objects you could use for those front fins?
  3. I don't mean to incite conflict, but for being a Lore Master, some of your responses are troubling. 1. The Librarian we see in Halo 4 is not actually her. It is simply an imprint of her placed on Requiem a few weeks before the Halo Array was fired. She is confirmed to be dead after being stranded on Earth nearby Mt. Killamanjaro. 2. I think you mistake Halsey's intentions. The UNSC is a very broad branch that has lots of sub-branches under it. One of those branches being ONI. The fact that the Librarian's Imprint gave her the Janus key implies Halsey is still on Humanity's side and is, in reality, abusing Jul 'Mdama to achieve her own goals. 3. Not likely. Some characters in the game will obviosuly portray her as an antagonist, but as I said above, she is most likely going after ONI. 4. I don't think Mechanical Prometheans can be Indoctrinated at all. They hold their allegiance to the Didact or another high ranking Promethean. Last we know, the Didact gave Jul some jurisdiction over Requiem as he had the ability to extensivily use its Slipspace Grid, activate high level Forerunner operations, and summon Knights to protect him. 5. He is most likely still alive. 343i heavily hinted that he survived in the Halo 4 Visual Guide, and common sense in regards to the plot indicates he survived. 343i heavily emphasised the fact he is the Chief's first true nemesis. An arch enemy. It seems odd that nemesis would die in the first installmant of the trilogy. 8. They respected each other actually. Or atleast the Arbiter did. 11. Precursors still exist in their past form. It's assumed there are still dormant Primordials outside the Galaxy. 13. This is incredibly false. A large majority of us that survived the Flood were Composed yes, but there were still surviving members of most of our sub-species. Natural Evolution back on Earth determined which species of Human survived. We prevailed. 15. Actually, Installation 07 has some very interesting room for exploration. A ring shrouded in mist and clouds, with terrible crimes commited by Forerunners, and Flood. It sounds like the perfect place for a Halo game to go to. Obviously that's fan speculation, but the huge tease we got in Halo 4 about going down to another Halo makes me think we'll visit another. 17. It's unlikely they are extinct yet. It was assumed the Elite Crusades against the Brutes started immediately after the Covenant War ended, but sources are now indicating the crusades begin around 2559. 18. This is incredibly false. I don't think you grasp the scope of the Galaxy. You may find it hard to believe, but all of the Covenant War was fought in a section of the Orion Arm. With exclusion to the Ark Conflict. Silentium revealed the incredibly abundancy of life in the Halo Universe. We even see there are other Space Faring Races that were possibly Tier 3 long before the Covenant arose. 60,000 years in fact IIRC.
  4. It's not technically in any of the books. The Epilogue of Silentium was not included in the novel itself. Instead, hidden throughout the book, are Forerunner Glyphs that you can input as a code. Inputting the code into Waypoint unlocks this video: In addition to that, encrypted files hidden in that audio narrative lead to this: If you have trouble listening to audio books, I've transcribed all 45 Minutes of the epilogue into text. The possibility of the Flood returning has been hinted at ever since it was revealed they are extragalactic. Mendicant Bias was not dismantled or destroyed because he has intimate knowledge of the Flood since he worked very closely with the Graveminds, Keyminds, and the Timeless One. I've also heard a theory that Mednicant Bias could possibly be the Absolute Record. I don't know how that idea came about or how credible it is, but it's interesting. Another possibility is that Mendicant Bias could possibly have a fragment of Cortana. Back at the end of Halo 3, it was theorized that Cortana had encountered Mendicant Bias at some point. This theory was further supported by a Forerunner Glyph appearing in her eye during Halo Legends in the episode 'Origins'. Whatever the reason is, Mendicant Bias has very important information, and his decision to send Master Chief to Requiem to atone for his sins raises further questions on the extent of his involvement with the Librarian's plans.
  5. So, two major theories about the next Halo is that Master Chief is back on the Ark, and the Forerunner automaton rising out of the sand is Mendicant Bias. First, let's address the idea that the construct is in fact Mendicant Bias. I'd first like to show all of you how people reached this conclusion. Bits and parts of other quotes were used to also justify the fact it is Mendicant. However, these quotes are taken out of context. Here's a section of the full passage: Those arms referenced earlier were in fact actually dock arms used to recieve descending ships. Later in the section, Mendicant Bias is actually described as being an oblong of silver metal. Later in the passage, he is entombed under the sand in his oblong coffin. So unless that coffin can transform into a 50 foot mechanical bird.... Also, here's the icing on the cake: Obviously, these land formations were not present in the background. Now, to address the idea that Master Chief is possibly back on the Lesser Ark... First off, I'd just like to say, I think the Ark Theory is the best theory we have right now and the most likely to come true. But, there are some inconsistencies. This picture shows the interesting similarities between the Teaser Trailer, and the Lesser Ark as it appears in Halo 3. Everything seems to line up. But, if you notice, the planetoid in the Teaser hasn't been as mined away. Secondly, there's actually an in-game view of the planetoid standing at the edge of the Foundry. This is the planetoid when you stand at the edge of the Foundry. Half the planet is submerged by mists and clouds, while the other half is a considerable distance away. Now, even if the firing of the Halo knocked the planetoid out of it's original spot, it wouldn't look as big as it does if the planet we see is in fact the planetoid at the Ark. Especially since Chief is nowhere near the edge of the Foundry if he's on the Ark. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In conclusion, I do think Mendicant Bias will play a major role in the Reclaimer Saga, and there is a good chance we will return to the Lesser Ark since the Excession at Voi was reactivated, and an expidition team went through to recover 343 Guilty Spark. The popular theories may have the right idea at what's coming up, but they make too many far fetched and unrealistic conclusions.
  6. Eh. I'm not too concerned with that. The original in Halo 3 was played on Foundry, so I think it captures the atmosphere nicely. Plus, the Predator is already hard to see with AC. Don't want to make him too OP now.
  7. Gamertag: Onyx81 Map: Concrete Jungle Gametype: Predator Reccomended Player Count: 4-16 Players Description: The Predator will always be on Blue Team, so only one player should be Blue. The Predator will spawn in a hallway with a pillar in front of him. As the Predator, you must pick up all the equipment on the pillar before leaving. Once you leave the spawn room, you will be given the Predator's traits. Your goal is to hunt down the Humans (Red Team). Red Team's goal will be to explore the map, find a hiding spot, survive, or kill the Predator. Once the Predator or Red Team has been eliminated, the game will end and you will return to the lobby. Once back in the lobby, choose someone else to switch to Blue Team and become the Predator
