Just work as hard as you can at school and tell him you're willing to follow time constraints and no gaming till all the homework is done, etc. I wouldn't tell him this because he probably won't believe you, but gaming is known to improve problem solving skills, and make people happier which in turns grants more grades. I play games a lot, but I still get As and Bs. No Cs whatsoever. There needs to be a balance between work and play or else your life can be miserable, best of luck getting it back my best advice is to just keep working hard and make it seem like you're not even affected by him not getting you one so that means don't beg or complain to him about it because that is immature(I am pretty sure you dont do that but still) Just ask nicely for it

Sonics Lost World was an amazing game in my opinion. I personally think Nintendo of Namco would be better inheritors of the speedy hog, but Sega isn't going to be bought out anytime soon. They make other games ya know.

When people complain about a gun being "overpowered" is because they always die by it. Same goes with the bolshot(after nerf) I use the Carbine a lot and I dominate BR players if I don't do anything stupid like miss my shots, etc. The BR has been the go-to weapon since Halo 2 if you complain about it being OP then Halo 4 must have been the only Halo game you have played

Halo: Project Contingency is a FAN made Halo game based on the crytek engine which will be coming out for free. There is a very little possibility of Halo coming to the PC because Microsoft makes more money from selling it on Xbox. So no those rumors are false.

The sniper isn't in competitive play, well anymore at least I've seen it in Halo 3. They use the battle rifle because it is the best overall weapon in the game to use. It's also quite balanced, power weapons(Like the sniper) aren't. "MLG" isn't just something you add to a game MLG is Major League Gaming. It's an Esport league not a gamemode. What you're talking about is "competitive" play.

The ironic thing about this is that Halo 4 compared to any other Halo game rewarded those who read the books because they will understand the story on a deeper level then the average player. That is extremely incorrect. Halo 4 has the same system of bullet/health plasma/shields, and lightmass/equal. I suggest playing the game before saying something like that Also if you want to stick to Halo 3 what about the Spartan Laser/Sentinel beam. They use different types of ammo to the ones you listed as well.

You forgot Lightmass/Hard light/Ionized Particles(However you want to spell it they're all the same) from the Forerunner weapons. If Lightmass was on the list I would vote for that.
