  1. Yes yes yes.. Xbox support would state that their products are faulty.. Yup.. Mhm.. Alright.. I've had my Xbox slim for 2-4 years, not so much as a single problem.. I've spilled drinks on it, dropped it, kinda thrown it.. still works perfectly.. No harddrive problems.. No nothing.. Never has problems reading discs..

So clearly, their products are faulty ._.

Edit: Also, if this happened 2 years ago, why the hell did you sign up here? Why have you made posts saying you'd still be buying Microsoft products? Unless of course you just felt like you'd try to turn some people away from Microsoft..

Hey man, you go ahead and interpret my topic how you want, but don't start putting words in my mouth now. you flower! go flower yourself.

  2. Please read until end!

A while back (roughly 2 years), Xbox decided to take a FLOWER on me... again... and I had enough with Microsoft's FLOWERS.

So, the reason I'm writing this is because last night, I was playing BO2 Zombies Survival on Town with 3 of my buddies and it was round 32 (PS3). Long story short, I wasted 4 hours of my life doing pretty much nothing because COD BO2 servers said, "Ehh FLOWER you", and lagged us all out (like they always do. Am I wrong?). Anyways, not only did the rounds not count towards leaderboards, but nothing at all counted. Kills, rank, headshots... nothing.

So, I said to my buddies, "FLOWER this game I had enough". And it made me think of how Xbox had screwed me over.

First off, there's so many reasons that Xbox sucks that I literally would feel bad for making you read all of them. It would take way too long! so I'll get down to the end, when I finally decided I had enough.

It happened in one day. I turn on the console (my Xbox 360) and the boot screen is taking forever. After about 5-10 minutes, it finally goes to Xbox home. I start up Halo Reach, go to forge, and boom... no maps anywhere. I'm saying "WTF is going on", and realize, that the Xbox 360's Hard drive has been corrupted! YAY!!!!! So all my maps I've forged, months upon months of work...gone!

Another incident after that was Halo Anniversary. I'm playing with my good friend through the whole campaign on Legendary. And on the last level, my hard drive corrupts again! I figure, ah no big deal, but boy was I wrong. When we both completed the last level, guess what! No achievements for Legendary completion. YAY!!!!! That's when I called Xbox customer support.

Long story short, I wondered if i could get my hard drive fixed/replaced free... NOPE.

They wanted ME to pay for their faulty hardware! (which was about $50-$60 dollars). YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!! I lost ALL my game saves, for example, Burnout paradise... I had to re-download, and restart... and they want me to pay for that! Pssh.

So that's when I switched over to PS3, and guess what? I've had not 1 itty bitty problem with it. Thank you Sony!

Let me know what you think, and if you read this whole thing, Thanks!

P.S. The woman I talked to on Xbox customer supported actually stated, "Oh yeah, Our hard drives break all the time, just buy a new one"! To which, no joke, i asked, "How much is a PS3"? lol

  3. wats the rule u cant ask things that pple wouldnt want to awnser.

wats the rule u cant ask somthing like that

would u rather be tackled to kittens or puppys

u can't ask something like that because if i was tackled to kittens or puppys, wouldn't I seriously injure one of them, or possibly crush them to death?

  4. I think it would be everyone's dream if 343 Industries made Halo 3 for Xbox One. I mean don't get me wrong, Halo 3 was practically the best game to play back in the day. If they made Halo 3 for Xbox One, I'm sure everyone would want to buy it. Perhaps not for $60, but maybe $25 or something.

nah, definitely everyone's dream would be for Halo to move over to Playstation and pc

  5. Ok, so I'll make this short and sweet. To produce Halo 4's music, it must be very cinematic and epic feeling. To produce Halo 3's music, it must sound Jungley, and you must always use a rimshot for the snare every time!

But in all seriousness, Which do you prefer?

    For me, Its halo 3.

  6. This.

If it wasn't for Bungie creating an amazing story to the Halo series, I wouldn't have been that big on Halo in general. It's a good job the Halo series has one of the best video game stories out there. It's also better than 90% of the movies plots that have been made too. Video Game stories are the best!

... Except for Breaking Bad lol.

  7. Your list can contain games you bought day 1 , are going to buy day 1, or games that don't even exist and hopefully will some day.

    Here's my list,

Games I'm going to buy day 1:

Halo 5 (If Xbox one is cheaper, slimmed, and kinectless)

    Destiny

    Elder Scrolls Online

    Mirrors Edge 2

    Minecraft PS4

Games I'd buy day 1 if they existed:

    Skate 4

    New Burnout game

    Last of us 2

    NFS Shift 3

    Portal 3

    Games I bought day 1:

    Last of Us

    GTA 5

    Minecraft PS3

    Halo 4

  8. Throw out some ideas you want to see in Halo 5 forge. Here's mine:

1: a. Useful, map changing aesthetics like burning vehicles (non-drivable), and they sould have smoke rising from the fire.

         b. SMALLER PIECES! I love 343 for making smaller aesthetical pieces like wires, but i want to see more.

2: a. Time effects like Nght, and Sunset. (I'd actually like to see a bar you can change like in Google Earth)

         b. Weather effects like Rain or Snow. This would make maps much more immersive, and help players visualize the kind of map you're aiming for.

3: Restrictions. Much like the Minecraft or Viva Pìnata TIP, you can set restrictions for other players ability to build/delete. I hate when random players join my forge, and begin to spam the Y button on my map.

  9. ok, so I've thought more about this idea, and I've come to realize that putting just a piece limit instead of just a budget is more ideal. Here's why.

With only a budget, it will cause some unexpected consequences. For instance, if a wall cost $50 dollars, but the 4x4 building block is only $10 dollars, then no use will come from using walls. You'd be able to use 1,000 4x4 building blocks, but only 200 walls in a $10,000 dollar budget.

So I think that putting only piece limitations would be great, because it would be like forge today, but with no budget.

Let me know your suggestions or questions!

  10. WHY BOTH?

343 needs to fix this, and its been bothering me ever since Halo 3 forge.

    Let me explain.

With just a budget in forge, you will be able to place all of the pieces you need ( Ex: walls ). There will be a price on the wall, but not a limitation to the # of walls you can place.

So for example, let's say the budget for a map was $10,000 dollars, and each wall is $50 dollars

( This is currently the true prices in Halo 4 ). Then, you'd be able to place 200 walls total. Catch my drift?

This would fix many problems ALL forge users deal with, like having to substitute walls with another piece, like a 4x4 building block or something.

    ------------------------------

With just a piece limit, it would be exactly the same as forge today, but without a budget, allowing you to fully deplete all of the objects.

So please give me some feedback. Thanks!

  11. OK, so this idea is one I've had since Halo Reach first launched.

When I first saw Halo Reach's new assassination features, I had an amazing idea. The katana that's on the Hayabusa Armor in Halo 3, should be used during assassinations... but sadly, there wasn't even Hayabusa Armor in Reach at all.

But it is still a possibility, and I'm not only talking about Hayabusa Armor; what if there are few armor types in Halo 5 that feature a "special" assassination just with that armor???

(Notice I say "few" armor types, not "a lot", because that would over do it... I would want 1, or 2... at max 3 different ones)

Let me know if you guys like this idea, and share some of your cool ideas you've wanted in Halo!

  12. I definitely want to see a return to dual wielding in Halo 5.

In Halo 3, I liked how whatever two weapons you mixed together, it made their crosshairs mix too. That was awesome. I loved using the SMG with the Spiker in Halo 3.

What I really want 343 to do, is dual swords... that would be amazing!

  13. I think what made Halo 4 a bit too distant from all of the previous titles was the loadouts. Honestly, I think it's that simple. Halo 5 multiplayer should spawn you with an AR and a BR with weapons on the map, like the good old days. I do like the weapon dropouts though in Halo 4, so Halo 5 should make use out of both.

Halo 5 definitely needs to bring back dual wielding too. And maybe, just maybe, 343 could finally do the favor we've all wanted... dual swords.

Anyways, Tell me what you think.

P.S. Campaigns doin' fine... keep up the great work 343.

  14. Here's an idea i've had since Halo reach: when using the hyubusa armor or whatever it was called from halo 3 (the armor with the katana on the back), the assassination move should be with... Did u guess... The katana... That would be badass. (and i know hyubusa was not in reach)
