What do you all think about the 'Hunt the Truth' audio log?

Halsey's interrogator has a more grisly voice, and this Photographer guy obviously doesn't know much about what's happening behind the scenes: which the interrogator DOES know (he openly states facts about the Chief, and the Spartans to Halsey).

It's certain that Chief has been branded a traitor, but only at the point in time that Halo 5 occurs in, and he mentions Chief being called a traitor in the audio logs on #HuntTheTruth. Yet the Photographer still acts the way he does, and not the same way the interrogator does. They're not the same person.
