My definition was in terms of how the game turned out overall. Like the gameplay, the options the features, the customizability, the weapons, the vehicles etc. Basically everything in the game.

Yeah, Halo CE had the fastest power-walking. Halo 2 and 3 were about the same. You could also jump much higher in those games.

Hi everyone! Today I want to have a discussion about why some of us want to get rid of sprint being a built in feature in the next Halo's. Since sprint was a permanent feature in Halo 4, I've been really happy with it. It makes the game more realistic, you wouldn't need a special armour ability to sprint. It makes the game more fast paced. I understand that some people prefer it as an armour ability like in Halo Reach, but is it much of a problem? I prefer it being a built in feature because not only does it make it more realistic, it gives us an advantage in the game. We can navigate through out the maps much quicker. We can sprint and use jetpacks, holographs and active camouflage whilst having the ability to sprint, at the same time! I think 343 are going to keep it in all games. To me it will look like they are going back a step if they remove it. What do you guys think? Should sprint be in the rest of the Halo's, and why?

Yeah I heard about them being in the Cole Protocol which I'll read after I read Ghosts of Onyx and Contact Harvest.

Thanks. I have joined in on a HaloCustoms one before that was on Halo 4. It wasn't hosted by Spades though. I would also like to play some Halo Reach custom games because I haven't played it for over a year now.

Apparently it so far has over twice the amount of pre orders the Xbox 360 did before it was released. Someone who works at Microsoft said that he bets it will last people for around a decade. So yeah, it is selling well.

I think any surviving Precursors would've been killed by the Forerunners during the Precursor-Forerunner war. The Gravemind must've been hidden or his army of flood were strong enough to defend him and fight for him. Not strong enough to stop Chief and The Arbiter though.

I think they could have done something bigger but the Birthday Fiesta game mode was great fun in my opinion! They are also giving out the Guilty Spark emblem which some people seem happy about, but it feels like they could've done more. Don't want to ask for too much though, best for them to put all their focus and effort into Halo 5.

I like Forge Island, but I think Forge World wins this one by far. In my opinion so many more good maps were made on Forge World than on Forge Islands.

Like what maintenance? Yeah I guess Halo 3 is an old game and can be updated, but how?

They couldn't add Precursor in if they want the story to be canon unless there actually was a Precursor. We are already surprised that there is a Forerunner still alive, why would they also decide to add Precursors into the game? I don't want them to bend the storyline. It should all make sense.

That explains. They could have made it unlock instantly though, they do this when ever you unlock the RAIDER armour pieces. Why not do it with the emblem?

I'm currently reading Ghosts of Onyx and so far it seems great. I haven't read up to the part when they are on Earth though. I will get to that eventually. I don't think they are in because they needed to support the Spartan-III's on their mission. Luckily Earth had enough defences and was ready for the Covenant attack thanks to chief and his efforts in OPERATION: FIRST STRIKE.

Do you mean the Covenant Elite or the real definition on elite, like superior? My guess: ODST Helmet?

Whenever I want to check I just go to the "My Contents" section and I can see all the topics that have been posted on when I was away.

I know I'm really late, but are these still on? Do they still do them at all? This is posted way earlier than when I joined.

If someone really wants Halo, they will buy the Xbox One. They don't necessarily have to buy it on release, they could wait a couple of months before the release of Halo 5 then buy it. By then it would be much cheaper because eventually they would sell it without the Kinect. It shouldn't affect Halo too much.
