I just broke my god damn TV Threw the controller into it after over 30 spawn kills, all SAME POSITION SAME PERSON in a single "Lightning CTF game" Never reloaded, never missed... Never spawned in ANY OTHER LOCATION Shoot back, hes in one of those niches only the very tip of his heads poking above, hard to turn 180 degrees, AND thread a needle in less than a quarter of a second Lightning CTF... NO GRENADES ON SPAWN... Or I simply didn't possess the ability to throw any, complete utter genius idea whichever whoever thought that one up... Let him get the free kills and simply report him after the match? LIGHTNING CTF!!! Match lasts a LONG TIME to be pinned in one place being instantly killed every three seconds... With just him killing ME alone it could have been upwards of 300 kills But there were three of us just being juggled, literally spawning on top of each other trying to scramble for safety, but... Oh snap... Light rifle fires BURST FIRE and can hit multiple people per BURST, and when you only need one hit out of a BURST to kill it becomes a very hard weapon to avoid.... ... BURST!!! Then to make matters worse, seeing as how SOMETHING was DEFINITELY wrong with this game, quit out, and... First quit of the day Quit Ban FANTASTIC Broken controller, broken TV, all because of a Broken gametype and a broken ban hammer Havent been this Ape off at a game since Devil May Cry 3... There NEEDS to be some sort of spawn protection to prevent stupid players from cheating like this Not holding anyone but myself reliable for the damages, dont even really care about damages right now... But I thought SOMEONE should know that certain in game elements ARE being manipulated... And that SOMEONE should actually take a peek at what's actually going around once a while, instead of letting SOMEONES game go to ruin just because another division is working on the sequel... I do MY job... Time to do yours Fix this!

>REMOVE CUSTOM LOADOUTS! Custom Loadouts destroy the gameplay easily, and this is a 100% COD feature. Letting players choose plasma grenades, boltshot, camo and other noob features only destroy the gameplay making Halo not a game of skill but a game of survival... Halo Reach loadouts were better because the game only gave you an AR and magnum or a DMR and a magnum, but if you want grenades and more weapons you have to find them in the map. It would be better if loadouts get removed completely from the game. You started each life in Reach with Grenades and an Armor Ability, you started Halo 3 with Grenades each life too, same in Halo 2 and Halo: Combat Evolved... The addition of Custom Loadouts allows deeper depth to the game, provides some actual useage for the lower grade Forerunner weapons (Seriously... Would anyone EVER go out of their way to pick up a Suppressor or even Boltshot unless it was the only option... THAT's why it's not ordnance...) and offers more customisation options... Less options are never better... >IMPROVE THE SPARTANS ARMOUR The designs are not bad, they´re quite good but Spartans doesn´t look like spartans, they look like Power rangers. Power Rangers may have changed in the 15 or so years that I outgrew that demographic, They still wear spandex normally and fight in giant stompy mechs right? Not seeing the likeness... >BRING BACK ELITES, PLAYABLE BRUTES AND ODSTS... These would be great specially for machinima making, also bringing more playable characters as brutes would be awesome and more fun and of course making the characters equal in multiplayer or may be... Brutes are slower but have a deadly melee attack, or ODST are weaker but they´re faster when sprinting and reloading but I think this may sound ridiculous so I think it is better to make character´s damage, speed equal. Well, I agree on bringing back Elite Class and maybe ODST, but Brute? And keep them how they were, Elites being bigger, slightly faster, stronger shields, Halo 5 probably won't have healthbars so thier Improved Health (Was only five blocks to the Spartans eight, but the Spartans eight were the same Hitpoint value as Elite's four blocks, leaving them with 1 block left) and Regeneration won't come into effect ODST could run off their old Pain Level = Health Level system they had in Halo 3: ODST, and be just slightly smaller than the Spartan IVs >BRING BACK INVASION Invasion was fun in Reach, now that 343 introduced the prometheans, it would be awesome to make Invasion gametypes of Humans vs Forerunner, Covenant vs Forerunner, Human vs covenant and of course bringing prometheans as playable characters would be great but I don´t know if this is a good idea. Would not argue if they brought back Invasion, Even Praise them if they brought back Reachs version of Firefight >REMOVE ARMOUR HABILITIES... ¿Am i the only one here that thinks, sprint and evade should be the only armour abilities? Yes... Ever since Halo: Combat Evolved many people complained about how slow you move, even when factoring in your supposed to be in a "State-of-the-art" combat skin that doubles your speed, every ODST can out hustle you and does so at every opportunity, and this gets frustrating should you be doing a escort mission, like Captain Keyes on the Truth and Reconciliation, constantly running ahead and getting sliced in two by either a General or 2 cloaked Spec Ops Elites >CAMOUFLAGE LIKE A HALO 3 POWERUP Since Halo Reach it was ridiculous to choose camo as an armour hability and now letting this feature in Halo 4 makes it worse, camouflage should be like in Halo 3, picking up that shiny blue ball in the map every 2 minutes. What they should really do to nerf Camo, is increase the effectiveness in relation to how still a person is... Some people have somehow glitched the "Randomised Contacts" it's supposed to generate on Motion Tracker into thinking there on other floors or not even into showing up at all Instead we should get a larger circle showing "Best Estimate" of where he is according to the disruption of Motion Sensor, then revert from Good Camo to Bad Camo as soon as a person begins to move at regular speed, not no slow fading into it, this is little more than scavenged gear, not top of the line Covvie or Forerunner Stealth tech... >ADD CUSTOM MAPS IN ALL PLAYLISTS IN MATCHMAKING Playing the same defaults and bad-made forge maps everytime makes the game boring, Halo 3 used to have some great maps in all playlists. Some maps just are NOT cut out for certain game types... Big Team Battle or Snipers should stay the HELL away from Haven... So far, 343i was acknowledged Big Team... But... You can actually get Haven as a Team Snipers map, which is ridiculous... >STOP ADDING THE SAME AND BORING OBJECTS FROM FORGE... Since Halo reach, the forge was good but the problems were the structures, structures with the same textures is not good and fun, it would be great to place an object and choose a different texture in the forge editor, to make the map different. Halo 4 has the same forge objects from reach but only with "human" textures, which that´s not cool. Personally, I thought that they were doing this with the Forge Island DLC, Add a New Forge Map, new Forge gear, maybe increase the amount of Teleporters you can have on a map from 10 to... I dunno, 50? Why else would they have over 12 channels if you can only set up 5 different teleporter sets... Wasteful... >BRING BACK SANDBOX AND FOUNDRY FROM HALO 3... Many good memories and awesome maps were born in these maps, it would be great to bringing them back with better graphics and gameplay, and also many forgers used to create great art and sculptures in these maps. It was called Sandbox for a good reason, every kid used to play in a sandbox at one time or another, building, destroying, losing things... This one I agree with... >ADD AN OPTION TO BOOT PLAYERS WITH THE TEAM´S CHOOSE... Left 4 dead 2 has a system where the team can boot a player if his behaviour is bad or stressing, I don´t know but In halo reach I´ve seen many players commiting suicide until they reach -15 in the score table, and the worst part is that theres nothing you can do agains him. Halo 4 still having those damn jumpers only to rank up and let their team do all the work. You've complained about taking things from other games before, so lets try something original... Right now, regardless of Suicidal Teammates, it doesn't really reflect your endgame much, not too many games score you on just kills, but actual points, and last I checked, Suicides and Betrayals don't detract from a Teams total score And even then... It should only be the Victory Bonus after the Match, you SHOULD be gaining the majority of your exp through participation, and then personal points, those bonuses... Victory and Fastbreak should be just extra tack ons >LET US PLAY UNDERWATER... I know this sounds ridiculous but hey! ¿Who doesn´t like water in games? ¿Who doesn´t want to add water to their maps? Halo Reach have cool water and underwater maps but now in Halo 4 you can´t even touch the water. Reach didn't have underwater maps, and for the record... NOBODY! Nobody likes water in games... Think back, did you enjoy any Water Temples lately? Help Sonic through a Water Zone 3? That old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game back on NES had a decent water stage... Oh wait! No it wasn't, IT WAS HORRIBLE! Water Levels in games are bad, just like Ice levels in games... Now you get some icy waters in the Next Halo? #@&%! Not to mention, it may be sealed, but your still wearing a half ton of armor... Only way I'd see it happening, is if Armor Permutations actually were more than cosmetic... And then Oceanic, would allow undersea exploration, just as EOD would increase resistance to explosives and other Armors would actually... Have to do things other than look pretty... >BRING BACK THE OLD SNIPER... The firs time I invited my friends to play Halo 4 and when I picked up the sniper they just laughed.... ¿WTF with the sniper? I mean it looks like an old car radio with a rifle below it... The Halo reach sniper was awesome and 343 Im sure you can make a more badass sniper than reach. Oh and also the sounds... Halo 4 sniper sounds *** compared to the older ones. Even a plasma pistol sounds powerful than the sniper If I have any gripes about the Sniper, it's that the bullet doesn't shoot fast enough... Seems I hit my target faster with a DMR at the same range than with a Sniper Rifle... Thats a slow projectile speed for what could be described as a Rocket Bullet. Guns I have more gripes about are Beam Rifle and Binary Rifle Beam Rifle NEVER shows up in Personal Ordinance... EVER... And so, voting Snapshots in Team Snipers is almost guaranteed Binary Rifle... Snapshot? Really?! Bad enough in any game its literally sending out a flare telling everyone "I AM RIGHT HERE!" before you can even get a person in the crosshairs (Way to fix this: Eliminate the idiotic Spotlight Laser, Binary Rifle shots STAY in the air, becoming hardlight beams, these beams could even be shattered if meleed or shot, but can restrict movement adding a layer of Tactical use to a weapon I honestly just walk past each time) >ADD CUSTOM MAPS TO LIVING DEAD... Im not a noob, and I must admit that Halo 3´s living dead was awesome and really fun, specially for those custom and fun maps. But it started to suck when in Reach Living dead was only on default maps. I always thought Infection gametype played better as an Action Sack variant... Then again I also thought the game never played better than it did in Reach, Where the server equalised connections, so that just because THIS guy has .00001% faster internet upload speed than I have he can bypass a shotgun to the face, cut me down, and then eat up three more people... Happens more often than you'd think I'd say fix the Bulltrue or Mutual Kill rate before adding any unessissary maps >BRING BACK EVADE... Evade was simply awesome, I must admit that the Halo 4 "evade" completely sucks, evade from reach used to make the spartans more "pro" If anything should be changed, it should be a name swap. The Thruster should be relabeled Evade, and the Dive Roll of Reach should be labeled Thrust... Cause thats what it did, you could literally accelerate your jumps and leap a full 5-6 meters high with Reachs Evade... All that an evasio system is supposed to do is get you out of the danger zone, Thruster does this quite well, seeing as how the only time most people use it is to escape grenades... Especially seeing as how it was proven that the time it takes even back in Reach to Use Evade to dive behind, turn round wait for momentum to end and melee for an assassination was overall MORE time than it takes the person to realise your behind them and turn around themselves.... One requires outside the game assistance for that to work Besides, all that it made legit people "Pro" at was dodging sniper fire or evading grenades... The later it still does pretty well >ADD RANKING SYSTEMS IN PLAYER CARDS... Halo 3 have the rank level in every player tag. Specially bring back the 1-50 rank systems They DO have a 1-50 rank system in place... And then you have the "Prestige" Specializations >ADD HALO 3´S RANKING SYSTEM... If you lose, you don´t rank up, if you win, you rank up... simple. Since reach I hated when noobs can reach to inheritor, but they were forerunners not because they were good because they used to play all day Halo reach. NO... No..No... No... I'll say it a hundred times more NO! The ranking system of Halo 3 was horrible, Based solely off of Kill Death ratio, it took nothing else into account. Playing Capture the Flag? Deranked cause you're trying to capture the flag and not ignoring your teammates yelling at someone to cover them. Oddball? You grabbed the ball? Unfortunate for you... You may win the game, but DOWN TWO RANKS for an uncontested, no kill match Get a Perfection in Ranked Slayer?.... No rank up... Yea... We want this migraine inducing hemorrhoid inflaming sack of monkey puss back... >REMOVE TACTICAL PACKAGE AND SUPPORT UPGRADE Seriously WTF was that? 100% COD features and useless in Halo, this was a bad idea 343. As long as they didn't put something like "Stopping Power" into the selection it's alright, It's still laughable how a normal militant can run for miles, yet Spartans, just like most Military Shooter Faceless drones can only sprint for a couple dozen meters before dogging... Never make the Olympics at this rate... However I do think they should have been shuffled into a single grouping from which to take two, right now they're kinda mishmashed in with descriptions that don't fit Example: Tactical Package- Tactical Packages are armor mods which enhance your combat capability Support Upgrade- Support Upgrades are armor mods which enhance your support capability Under Tactical Package you will find Mobility... Which does nothing for your Combat but makes it easier to reach far off objectives Under Support Package you will find Dexterity... Which DOES increase your Combat capability, while doing nothing for Support >BRING A NEW FORGE WORLD... Flat islands were something awful in my opinion, I know many players wanted a flat map to forge easily but you should bring a huge map like forge world and with few flat zones, to make the ambient have more variety of resources and stuff, also as said before bringing forge objects with different textures. If anything were to change... It'd be STOP putting limits to forging default maps... If I want to make Haven into a labyrinth... LET ME! Stop putting limits to the amount I can use and how many of each piece I can create at maximum... >RELEASE A PUBLIC BETA This was your main mistake 343i, the idea of not releasing a Beta, if you really care about the Halo fans and what to do the best possible for the fans and Halo Universe, then listen to them and release a public beta for your next AAA halo game. At the beginning of Halo 4, the multiplayer was lacking a lot of playlists, weapons were unbalanced, etc. This worked wonders for Halo 3, Single Patch, up pops Reach Beta option, Fast forward and a quick patch on Halo 4, and boom, Halo 5 Beta... Yea... Good Idea... Too bad we can't use it just yet... Halo 5 Multiplayer Beta will be running off of Xbox One hardware, trying to run it on current gen wouldn't really be worth it, Inaccurate data is the worst type, and so this idea should get shelved till Halo 6, when we can simply Patch the Beta through from Halo 5... >REMOVE ORDNANCE PROPS Another thing that ruins the multiplayer completely, also overshields should be as a Halo 3 powerup, that Red ball in the map to pick up and wait for 2-3 minutes to be respawned. I disagree, the first seconds of a match are always the same, some jerkoff runs off and grabs a weapon he doesn't know how to use, probably hands it to the enemy and then you're just standing there like "Why would you DO that?" Ordinance is a bit of an equaliser, It DOES require tweaking however, currently a player doing well is rewarded with ordnance, they do better, and get even MORE ordnance. Meanwhile the team that's struggling, and could use the extra support, get nothing They should separate Ordnance into two catagories: Personal- Part of your Loadout, you pick what they drop... A pseudo "Killstreak" Support- Randomised Gear sent to the losing team, increasing in frequency depending on the Percentage the opposing team leads by >IMPROVE AUTOAIM AND WEAPON MAGNETISM Halo 4 is too damn easy when shooting somebody, the auto aim and weapon magnetism is just huge, every noob can give easy headshots in the game. Now Im back to Halo 3 and Halo 3 is now too hard to play, aiming is hard because of Halo Reach and 4 aim systems. The aim system should be like Halo 3 where it takes full skill to shoot in the head. I say get rid of it altogether... Unless its a specific feature of the weapon to lock onto an opponent we should be relying on what WE are inputting, not what a computers doing... Like Perfect Darks Farsight, or Turoks Cerebral Bore... And farr too many times I've lined up a head shot only to have the auto-aim begin tracking someone who jumped in front of the reticle and suddenly I'm staring off into east giddish... More a problem with Reach than Halo 4 but still... >BRING BACK SOCIAL PLAYLISTS One of the biggest mistakes since reach it was to mix veterans with newbies, the social and clasificatories playlists in Halo 3 are better because if you want to have fun or a good time and if you weren´t good at the game, then social playlists are for you. If you are a veteran or good player who wants to rank up, then go to the other playlists. One of the problem of the Ranked Social playlists was that SOME of us, are objective oriented, not Kill Death Barbarians looking for the next tin man to celebratorily crouch over, the Ranked Playlist offered no variety but Slayer variants all Objective games were Social or Action Sack, which didn't even offer Exp in Halo 3... It made anyone who liked to play in parties, with like minded people and friends, feel very alienated. >REMOVE KILL CAMS A plagiarism from COD, I mean... Kill cams are not bad, but they never worked in Halo, all the time the kill cam show me the player shooting to the wall or anywhere but not me. If you are going to keep them, then you should improve them. I wouldn't say remove them, but improving their sync would be greatly appreciated... So that next time a person spins around three times and then fires a single DMR round into the wall I'll know it really was something amiss when I keel over dead from a mysterious headshot (Right now I just attribute it to PTSD causing a Heart Attack) >IMPROVE THE INTERFACES The new Halo 4´s interface was awful, didn´t look great, I really miss the old interfaces specially the one in reach where at the left you could see the player tag and his spartan when you selected him. Meh, only a cosmetic layout difference... Inconsequential... Doesn't affect anything Certain things I'd touch upon, getting rid of Motion Sensor for Griffball Why? Balancing... Currently, Grav Hammer has longer Range than Swords Lunge, Grav Hammer can kill anytime during lunge, Grav hammer has ridiculous fire rate for it's attack speed and recovery, especially when compared to sword lunge Now add to this they can see you coming even if your behind them... Due to all these demerits, a match of Griffball attempting to raise the Energy Sword Commendation results in a person ending with around 35-45 deaths per game with a gain of 15-17 kills average sword kills.... Compared to a normal result of 60/40 Kill Death Ratio when using the Gravity Hammer and Motion tracker and you can begin to see why something might need tweaking Split Big Team Slayer into two variants, Skirmish and Derby: Big Team Skirmish- 16 people, no vehicles, Big Fiesta Skirmish- 16 people no vehicles, randomised weapons Small Team Skirmish- 16 people No vehicles all small and V.Small maps Small Fiesta Skirmish- 16 people No vehicles Randomised weapons, all V.Small - Med Maps Big Team Derby- Everyone spawns in vehicles dependant on map, possibility of trade offs of walk if you don't like Big Fiesta Derby- Everyone spawns in Randomised Vehicles, can not leave vehicle... Should be interesting to see what someone does when one person gets a Mantis and the other gets a Mongoose Could the majority of Covvie weapons suck a bit less? I mean Concussion rifle is supposed to be Covvie Shotgun tier, yet fails most spectacularly in that respect... And pound for pound a 3-4 shot DMR or Battle rifle will ALWAYS beat out a 7-8 shot carbine... If you bring back anything from Halo 3, make it ZEUS!- 7 replies

Actually, the big change I'd make to Big Team is separate the matches into two variants: Derby Skirmish Derby would be almost as it is now, only everyone is spawned in a randomised vehicle, with it being their choice to either ride or walk after Skirmish is just that, a skirmish. 8 vs 8 spartan battles, no vehicles Then you could even make the Free for all variants of them for additional fun... But NOOOOOOO they instead slip other game variants in... Should have a Big Team Objective for those instead

Huh... Nice to see this still isn't being addressed... Played for little over an hour today, already saw 1 Headless Two people were granted perfection medals And bottomless clip binary rifle + Aimbot just isn't fair... A regular assault rifle can NOT compete with that...
