In reach invasion, I preferred plasma pistol over plasma repeater because it was stronger. But it needs to be like the pulse grenade now, it doesn't completely emp a vehicle, but slows it down instead.

pelicans- hard to fly and slow. But it's armor and transportation system are good, so in the end I say yes to this.

Tactic: Drive scorpion backward whilst facing backwards, have a gunner. Gunner kills jackers and jacking the tank from behind is more difficult. Also, which halo is this? The wraith doesn't get same firepower as tank until reach... Halo 2 it shoots a mortar 2/3 as strong as a tank, same with halo 3.

The pulse grenade only affects vehicles a little bit, it's more effective on players.
