I'm with Sparky classics like Scout and Recon will come back the popular H4 sets are likely to return as well like Venator but we'll just have to wait for the beta in december to get and idea of what there'll be -

message your friends or find someone who has used it, and see if you can licence transfer with them this can work for all Halo Reach dlc armor content except the blue flames those are tied to the account and can not be downloaded. -
from what I've seen there'll be the original achievements plus new ones added in eg. the one for sitting through 65 hours of Halo

the crimson maps are in select playlists and to have them come up as an option everyone in your lobby needs the crimson map pack.
