What merits make a good person? Creativity? Joyfulness? Responsibility? Sometimes I often wonder if my friends share at least some of the qualities. For me, what makes a good person is being trustworthy and honest. If you don't strive to better yourself than how can you improve?

Good is subjective.
Evil people can be creative, joyful, responsible, trustworthy, and honest. Probably because they have an ulterior motive, and like manipulating others.
