I believe it's a bug on MCC's end, I would suggest trying to restart MCC and see if all of your campaign missions are complete on Legendary (Look through each mission and see if it says completed on Legendary, sometimes it's been known to bug up and not record completion data) Hope it works out! I disagree, In no Halo game (so far) have power weapons as permanent unlocks. Regardless of the tier from common to legendary, these weapons would be an unfair advantage for those without permanent unlocks already. Even a standard sniper rifle can be deadly in the right hands, besides if it were permanent what would be the point of close quarters combat? Everyone with permanent unlocks will just camp with their weapons since now (they would never lose them after a death) I can see maybe a basic perm BR or DMR, but overall I believe it's a mistake.

If I froze a human inside a cryogenic tube/chamber with life-support, what would be the chances or possibility of the person inside to die of probable causes? Also (Dragon Ball Z Question) The water therapy chamber-tube Goku was placed inside after a battle to accelerate healing, would this be possible in treating injured people in today's age?
