I so far have encountered people that swear and curse their heads off , young children playing do this as well , some players act like trolls, now its fair enough to say mute them or block them but as soon as you block one another one starts and sooner or later you are doing nothing but blocking people rather than playing the games, why cant players act in a socially acceptable way yes enjoy yell and shout at shooting and blowing things up by please remember not everyone likes to hear foul language etc and little kids playing screaming and fighting with each other over the mic, come on halo 4 players well at least some of you stop acting like little chat rooms trolls and just play the darn game

ok its fair enough to say that some have evil intent and specifically go into these multiplayer games to seek out children for nefarious purposes, and they should not be allowed, it is also fair to say that you can report people for bad behaviour via the xbox console, via the player profiles, but what is wrong with this is that you cannot specify what the offence was or what was said by the player or players as to what you found offensive, or wrong, and in the case that I encountered the other day , I encountered a player that was making improper suggestions to a young boy playing the game, now whilst it can be said that a child of that age of what sounded like under 12 should not even be playing the game, that is not the point, the point is is that there are nasty people out there with warped ideas of what is ok, and yet when I ring xbox live to report a dangerous player praying on children all they say is report via the console , this player should have his account banned and his gamer tag banned and his console banned and yet belying the seriousness of the bad behaviour to xbox live people it was nothing more than report the player using your console, and no means of specifying the seriousness of the behaviour

what is with this banning crap for people who quit the game , what gives the game developer the right to ban people simply because they quit the game, there are times when you have to quit cos someone comes to the door or the phone rings or you have to use the outhouse, and then you've got the little what I call whingers in the game who put in a vixacious complaint simply cos they are getting beaten in the game and yet the ones like the bloke I copped yesterday who made threats of physical harm doesn't get banned , instead the game developers thought it would be easier to ban the one complaining, I have only had my xbox for a week now and already I have seen players who make filthy rude comments extreme foul language , and then you you have the kid who was on the mic arguing with his dad and telling his mother rude things to go do with herself, all over the mic during a game and yet when I put a complaint in it was easier for the game developers to ban me than investigate. the game developers need a good swift kick up the tooshie, for this ruling they have started about people quitting and they really need to do something about the nasty players in the game, especially the man who came on mic during a game expressing about his male appendages constantly and what he was going to do with them to a young boy and yet he is still online not been investigated nothing, if the game is going to have people talking to each other on the mic then the game developers need to take more affirmative action about abusive disgusting players
