OMG YES!

well I like the general look the spartan had in halo 3, the gloss, the stand tall and strong look. Halo reach has a weird hunch and the spartans have a weird gloomy look to them, I really don't like it...

Let's face it halo 3's ranking system was stupid, you would have 0 EXP as a brand new account and then all you had to do was win 18 games and you will be level 50 BUT, a person who was level 49, with 3,400 EXP would have to win over 50 games to get to level 50 THIS IS TRUE because I was a brigadier grade 3 and it took sooooo long to level up to 50, it literally took like 35 wins in A ROW to level up. My friend had a brand new account and was a 50 with 18 games played..... What a joke.... I guess Bungie realized their mistake and rather than FIX it they completely got rid of it (like the BR and theater mode with multiple friends) so now we have a even more pointless ranking system that supports noobs playing fire fight all day and getting to the top rank and can't even go positive in a single game.... SO PLEASE 343, do us all a FAVOR, bring back the old halo 2 system, IT MADE SENSE! NOT HALO 3 NOT HALO REACH

They NEED to bring back the halo 2 ranking system, -(level 1-10) Win 2 games LEVEL up (lose 2 rank down) -(level 11-20) Win 3 games LEVEL up (lose 3 rank down) -(level 21-30) Win 4 games LEVEL up (lose 4 rank down) -(level 31-40) Win 5 games LEVEL up (lose 5 rank down) -(level 41-50) Win 6 games LEVEL up (lose 6 rank down) Here's a hypothetical situation Say you rank to level 25, you are here (24 - - - - I - - - - 26) Say you win a game on your 25 now you are here (24 - - - - - I - - - 26) Now Say you lose 2 games in a row.... (24 - - - I - - - - - 26) So I hope you understand, that level 25 will have to win 5 games to become 26, or that 25 will have to loose 3 games to become a 24. That level 25 could go on 343.com (or whatever the website is) and they can check how close they are to their next rank (with a progress bar) LIKE IN HALO 2

I STRONGLY AGREE, honestly though I hated the halo 3 ranking system because it was stupid and random. If you started a new account and got had 0 EXP, then played with someone with -1,000 EXP then play doubles and you will have a 50 in less than 20 games. HOWEVER, if you were level 49 with 3,400 EXP it would honestly take you roughly 40 wins to get to 50.

I agree, halo reach is not even halo. It is a joke. I am so disappointed with that pathetic game. I think dual wielding is a great idea, I miss that in halo 2. The SMG + Plasma rifle = Destruction lol Also, Dual SMG's just looked BADASS (halo 2 cover art) AMAZING...

Alas, there will not be a halo wars 2. It was a good game though, I believe if I could add a new faction I would. I think they should add a heretics faction (like in h2 the heretics...) HENCE, my picture

I disagree with EVERYTHING you have to say. How about HALO goes back to being HALO like in halo 3 or halo 2 NOT halo reach, cause as far as I'm concerned halo reach is not even halo.

I agree to all, I believe you left out something VERY important, and that is, a ranking system. Enough of this BS ranking system where little kids get to the top rank just because they play fire fight all day. We need a H2 rank system that is 1-50 that is NOT based off EXP (nothing is worse than seeing someone with a 50 who only played 15 games)

Also if you have 800 point cards or lower, etc. then we can work something out, I don't want any xboxlive time cards. I already have 5 years of live on my account, that's plenty for now (lol)

I got a HD PVR and I'm bored with it, so i think i will capture for people. I will capture 30 clips for 1600 MS points. I will cap them all in 720p and then I will prove to you (with a red line going through them so I know you wont steal) that they are capped so you will give me the points and I will make sure it is legit then I will send you the clips in HD (without the line of course lol) Also If you have a large youtube channel (1,000+ subs) Then i will do some capturing for free, (well I would ask for you to help me promote my youtube channel in exchange) So those are the prices, I checked around and I believe my prices are fair. 30 clips of HD capturing for 20 bucks seems fair. I use a HD PVR and I will compress all my files so it won't take a long time for you to download them -let me know. P.S- I have a friend who does free montages, however he takes his time, so it will probably take like 3 months for him to release a montage for you. Message me if you want his GT (if you pay him he will probably work faster, IDK you would have to discuss that with him though, he normally doesn't accept money.) Well again, I think the halo 3 armor looked cooler because it was more glossy looking and it made for great machinima. Too bad more people seem to like the reach armor, simply because of the customization. Obviously halo 4 will have tons of customization's, but it needs to be glossy and futuristic like in 3....

Yeah, I can see that. I'm not talking about the armor customization though. I am referring to the spartans general body structure in a way... like in halo reach they seem more hunched back... smaller.... awkward.... and in halo 3 they stand up straight and tall and look strong. I am all for originality with customization but I want the spartans to look manly not like little girls in reach. BTW, just to add an irrelevant fact, my friends who are girls do not like the female spartans with their large butts

Agreed glad to know someone feels the same way about it. It's just when I saw the halo 4 trailer idk he looked a little weird. and I am just hoping that the multiplayer looks cool like in halo 3.

You're an idiot, didn't you realize that they have the spartan laser in reach? Now how the hell does that make sense, they could have easily put the BR in but they wanted to screw the community over right before they left....

I agree with you man, no armor abilities. When I see somebody armor locking in the middle of an epic battle totally making it impossible to kill them. Or how about when somebody sprints toward you with the sword, or away from you when they're one shot. OR how about when somebody jet packs to the sniper before you or turns invisible and jams your radar. This isn't halo, guys.... this is shadowrun or something like that, armor abilities should stay out of halo games, FOREVER. I don't even consider halo reach "halo" because they changed so much, and all for the better. All Bungie had to do was put back hit scanning and fix their network code and ranking system and spend a little longer on a campaign and then 3 would have been great. But no, they screwed up so they completely abandoned their fans and tried to find a new audience. I just hope to god, that 343 will not let us down, that they will bring us BACK to the halo series. Keep the older looking graphics (because they were better) and keep the BR and keep the game simple & fun.

I personally like the halo 3 armor, I think it worked far better for Machinima's and in general just looked cooler. I really hope 343 brings back the older looking elites. I originally thought that 343 was going to bring back the older looking elites cause in my opinion they look cooler, but in CEA new graphics they kept the new elites, this worried me because now I think they are going to keep the reach spartans in halo 4 and giant elite heads.... What do you guys think?

Agreed, the CEA multiplayer is no different. I can't believe the CEA has bloom, nothing pisses me off more than bloom.
