I'm with Alpha, those people are just mean. If you're going to ditch them, do it for a valid reason.

Being ditched in any form of Halo matchmaking is a major pain, And after getting out of Spartan II clans, Raids are terrible alone.
So is Halo 4 SWAT matchmaking...
Hit me up anytime I'm lurking, I'm usually up for some Halo most days.

I remember when I got ditched it upset me alot.I know how you feel , stick with the ones who you can trust and you'll be fine.
