  1. They did not say they killed the flood in Halo 3, just stopped it. I also feel that the flood did not show its true potential.
  2. Part 3: The Flood The long sword came to the ship, Dragon of Courage, and got was awarded for getting the Icon. A flood infected pelican boarded and quickly infected the base. Master Chief, Akiza, and Arbiter try to defend the base with the remaining marines but is forced to separate and get to the Bumblebees. Akiza went into a different pod though. The pods reached a ring, it was different though, obvious signs of wear and tear is seen. The ring looked cracked and fiery at parts. They landed and saw the ship finally meet its demise. The ring's land was dry and had a reddish sand. The landscape was desolate and smoggy. The commitment to peace dropped off there and let out a pair of carriers. One came down and dropped down a massive machine with a screaming look of terror, almost as if it was alive, the machine had a massive cannon most certainly able to take down one, no, two Mammoths! It was a Harvester, but never where they seen active, but it was combat ready as the purple paint signified. Then plopped down 4 scarabs. These were also different too, they were larger than a normal scarab, it seemed to have a hatch on the bottom which could hold specters and ghosts. The scarabs and harvesters plopped down. Escape was at the essence and they had to find Akiza. The duo got to the first scarab, it was near a wreckage that was a part of the armory. A rocket launcher, Spartan laser, and some sticky detonators were there. They quickly disabled it, and killed the scarab which was commanded by brutes. They came to a bumblebee with operational troops that helped give them aid. A death defying screech came out. A flood form that was roughly 17 feet tall came running, it had 2 whips that attacked and blew up the bumblebee in one hit. The marines and the pair managed to take down the vile beast, which they nicknamed the Combat-Gravemind or Juggernaut. A scarab came and blasted the place into nothing. Master Chief once again managed to destroy it and got to a cliff. There they saw the true might of the flood. A scarab tried to fight off ~70,000 flood forms. It managed to kill some but was completely destroy by a seemingly synchronized hit by a couple thousand fuel rod gun, rocket launcher, Spartan laser, brute shot, and concussion rifle shots. This will mark what will stand until Halo 6 (or 9) as the Great Flood War. The remaining scarab was seen retreating. Possibly by the flood, but then the reason was discovered, a Flood Containment Facility fell down and caused a massive explosion, killing most of the flood. Sentinels were coming out and more flood gathered to the massive vessel. This will not be easy level count in this chapter: 3 Chapter 4: Sigma Now THAT was a mouthful. The flood killing scarab part, I wanted soooo bad XD
  3. I found an OLD thread that is perfect for the flood. Here ya'll http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/26787-halo-5-needs-flood-that-people-wont-btch-about/ Trust me. This is just divine. 343 you will love this That idea must be spread. It is beautiful. It needs to be done!
  4. I am not a battlefield person though xD
  5. Yeah, I really do not like my second plot point at all though. Just feels too "Go there, do that, stop this". The reason it takes place on Sanghelios is also an excuse to let reintroduce the Arbiter and make him your co-op companion.
  6. Do not worry. I really just want Halo 5 to be massive and beautifully destructive. I want battles that have the destruction of Metropolis, the scale of The Covenant and the real time battles from Silent Cartographer.
  7. They are these If 343 saw these songs, they would probably make a contract with 2sfh and im. I also want Halo 5 to take a massive scale, with preventable events (Flood destroying a scarab), massive valleys, and bloody detailed skirmishes.
  8. I agree with getting rid of war games. I mean it seems as though 343 does not give Red vs Blue love! I made a plot for halo 5 that makes it start on Sanghelios.
  9. At the end of the level Gravemind, in the Mausoleum of the Arbiter an elite with a headdress and honor guard armor came in with 2 elites.
  10. I actually felt the song Preliator and Archangel works for my game idea. I am probably going to make part 3 soon.
  11. Well bleep zealots. That Honor Guard Councilor makes a Zealot look like a Grunt!
  12. What in Didact's name is that elite you see at the end of Gravemind? The Elite Equivalent of Tarturus?
  13. Thanks for the point I was only thinking about FPSs xD But still, most kids are kind of forced to play cod since for example a kid like Mario but the other kids beat him up because he hates CoD. It makes him feel like he needs it or he will be left behind. Either way I like FPSs and do not want a majority of the games to be cod-ish :C
  14. On 1972, A game by the name of Pong came out. It became a massive success by the name of Pong was released. It was simple, new, and addicting. It became a smash hit and other people wanted to cash in. So they made their own Pong reimaginings, or identical clones. The market became over saturated by clone after clone of pong. People got sick of it and stopped buying them. Starting the Video Game Crash of 1977. The crash was quickly quelled by the release of the Atari 2600. It was a new, simple, and innovative console that had imaginative games. Soon some developers of the original games wanted to make there own company and be independent. They formed Activision who actually made good games at one point. Other people thought they could make there own game company and make Atari games. So they did, but only the minority could actually make a good game. The rest over saturated the Atari and Atari decided to make a good game for themselves. They got rights from Namco and made Pac-Man. It sold more copies than Atari's sold! Surprisingly, the game was horrendous and became a massive flop. Atari tried again and took rights from Steven Spielberg. They made E.T. You guys should understand that and I will go on to something else. Action 52 was bad enough to be a crash causer in my books, but it was not at the right position of time. On 2007 CoD Modern Warfare came out. It was a new, simple, and fast game that revolutionized multiplayer. It did not live up to Halo 3's or TF2's divine standards but it was damn good. The next year another CoD home run came out: World at War. But it was not as good as CoD 4. Then came out MW2 which was meh, then Black Ops which was meh, then came out the turning point. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, this game was just a skin of Black Ops and MW2, but it was made easier for the newly joining 8 year old "Squeakers" It became an infamous meme and people then started associating "1337" "MLG" and "N0$(0P3$" with them. They bought every next game no matter what and passionate games like Halo and Crysis saw this. Thus they made Halo 4 which was not like halo at all and Crysis 2 which is not like Crysis at all. Soon every first person shooter on the market started to cash in and be like CoD's rapid kill streak competitive "battles". You can see where I am going hopefully. CoD is over saturating the Market and is taking the passion and fun out of games. It is a money sucking vampire that the public lets it drain them to nothing. It is probably going to start another crash.
  15. Before you ask When you play Co-Op, you play as MC and the Arbiter The plot I made. Part 1: The Covenant Crusade The covenant was reformed by 3 new prophets, Liberation, Contentment, and Harmony. They massively encourage that the belief that denying the Great Journey's is sinful. And that the elites who are allies with the demon must be crucified. They know they can barley stop the allied entente with even a Super Cruiser. So they start building the CNV Commitment to Peace, a UMS Super Carrier. This massive carrier exactly doubles the dimensions of a Super Carrier's size and can carry multiple CCS Cruisers or CAS Carriers. They fill it with Harvesters, the new Scarab Model 3s, four capital ships, and a massive colony of soldiers. It goes to Sanghelios first and quickly glasses it, the Arbiter, Rtas Vadam, The Master Chief who came to Sanghelios and a couple hundred other elites survive and plan revenge against the new reformation. They fall back into the Shadow of Intent and kill the boarders and Field Marshal attacking. They get to Earth and defend Tokyo, the new headquarters of the UNSC. A CAS Ship comes down and you board it and destroy it. Luckily, Tokyo was spared, but Yokohama was absolutely decimated. Total level count: 4 Part 2: Zeta The Commitment to Peace travels to Installation 07 to find the Icon and activate the ring. They painstakingly send only there CCS Cruiser down to the ring. You get there with the Arbiter and find many mutilated remains of covenant. You go through the desert lands and finally find a base. There you see the reason on a console on one base similar to a terminal, the flood was released by the covenant and quickly destroyed the area. Prometheans and sentinels recently came and started fighting. The last surviving company is in the quarantine zone trying to retrieve the Icon. A group of Prometheans attack and you kill them. The MC and Arbiter get on a dropped off Mongoose and go to a distant temple to make a base of operations. Get it and the first fight with the flood unleashes. The MC and Arbiter kill the flood and sentinels and get the base ready. They are then sent to the Quarantine Zone with a squad. You meet Sargent Akiza Wa Tanaka. She helps you go through and goes to the pelican back to the pelican when she gets them through the Wall. The duo sees a CCS Cruiser come down and quickly get destroyed by the flood who was using the covenants artillery. The bodies get infected and the beginning of a new war starts. An infested Lich flies to a rescue carrier and boards the ship. The Covenant gets to the library to late and is wiped out. The Master Chief and Arbiter takes the icon and goes out. The pelican holding Akiza, MC, and Arbiter is shot down and falls into a mars like area. The Prometheans are here and try the kill the small squad, they go through waves and luckily go to a crashed but usable Long sword. Total Level Count: 4 Meh, the Zeta idea is not that good :/
  16. Ok, Titanfall is out and it is just another CoD clone. The only FPS that can stop it from crashing gaming is Half Life 3 or Halo 5. The thing we need is stuff that is NEW for the franchise, but also ORIGINAL for a game. So you can keep some nostalgic stuff, yes, but we need new and completely original ideas. I do not want a simple reskin of Halo 3 like a couple radical people, I want a new shell with the heart of halo taking its passion and make a gem.
  17. This is what we need. 1. Get rid of different hitboxes 2. Get rid of wargames. Done. I love playing as elites and always make them look like zealots
  18. If they really add that armory there like in Halo. It would be a good day
  19. :wallbash: you know the PC (at least windows) is MADE by Microsoft. It is not that bad of an idea and might in fact increase the sales! He did not say it has to be exclusive for the PC. He just asked if it can also be on PC. Plus there was a Halo for the PC too!
  20. If halo 5 is good and feels nostalgic I would not care if halo 3 is dead
  21. What will Halo 2 anniversary have?

    2. Jack Of Harts

      Jack Of Harts

Ledgend1221, that's not confirmed. The fans want a remade multiplayer, and if 343 doesn't give it then they will get a lot of hate. I doubt they'll do that.

I hope all they do is add a new layer of paint, remove the game crashing bugs, and add limited armor customizability.

Removing the fun glitches (going out of the map), playability of elites, get rid of some unpopular game modes, etc. I will be not a happy camper.
