So then it would make no sense for me to get the master chief collection since I have all of the halo games anyways, what's in it for someone who has all of the halo games already? The only cool thing about it is tht you can play it on a single console, that's it. It's obvious you are just pissed because 343i ruined your high hopes for halo 4 and butchered the game really bad. Not sure why you have to get super defensive and everything as I am mentioning the differences between exclusives between BOTH companies, and it's obvious that bungie has done a better job handling the exclusives, any blind person could realize that. Since I dident know 100% that fotus was or wasent an unlock able through levels, I researched some and saw that some people said yes, but I dident want to hop back on that crap of a game and level to 137 to find out anyways.

I wish bungie still owned Halo because the pre order bonuses look garbage compared to halo reach, and so do the editions of the game,Here's why: 1. Bungie gave us the option of getting rare elite armor from the limited/legendary set 2. Bungie gave us legendary flames from buying the legendary edition 3. Bungie gave us recon hul3 helmet for playing beta and getting limited version of the game. 4. Bungie gave us blue flames for their departure from halo. 5. Bungie offered recon (halo3) for people who wanted to achieve something that required dedication, yet 343i handed it out to casuals and noobs. (pretty much spit in the faces of people who work hard to achieve things) 6. Bungie added new things to older halo games instead of focusing on just one game like 343i has done. 1. 343i has the master chief collection which has a lot of the halo games in one, but who needs this when I can get halo CE for $15, and halo reach for $20, halo 3 for $15, and I got halo 4 for $30. 2. The pre order bonuses are nowhere near compared to the ones that bungie offered, I won't be playing the campaign 24/7 so I don't need a few skulls that give me minor perks. 3. 343i pre order bonuses were cool until we found out that they were later known to be just unlockables at a later stage in halo 4. (another spit in the face for those of us who spent $ and time to collect them) 4. 343i had the fotus armor also released once you hit max level in the game which was a big disappointment to those who paid big bucks for the special edition of the game.

I saw one of these guys in grifball, I hovered over his name, went to the guide button to report him and his name was nowhere to be found. Looks like they can hide their gamertags so people can't report them

I'm pret sure I recall seing a halo5 trailer mentioning that halo5 will have no armor abilities, but then again it could have just been a dream

As long as the dumb armor lock ability isent in there I will be ok. Because I don't want to wait 10 minutes to kill someone when they can delay combat in the middle of the game + it's the only armor ability that can damage enemy players, reflect fire, absorb damage, and block melee attacks while depleting shields. As for camo, jet pack, sprint and halo gram, I'd rather have these 4 because most were in halo3 if I remember correctly. Armor lock was the biggest noob friendly ability halo has ever had, not to mention it destroys vehicles too which is so OP.

I know how you feel, I play halo reach and playing jetpack grifball is annoying, plus big team battle with objective base play styles were never fit for BTB. Swat on reach has the same oddball bs that halo4 has and that's y I don't play swat anymore.

I've never licensed transferred anything before, I'm guessing it's supposed to help people transfer storage from one Xbox to the other. But, it seems like people use it to get free stuff all the time and the more and more I read about how people get "said items" free from a friend, when I had to pay a large amount of money for that item and people an just give it to friends for free makes no sense. Like how the fotus armor on halo4 is supposed to be rare, but can't people just transfer that beyond accounts and get away with it? And if that's the case, then wouldent Microsoft lose money in exclusive sales, it's almost like, hey why not buy the legendary edition of halo:reach for $100+ when I can get a friend to transfer red flames to me for free. Has anyone else felt the same way? Or is is how license transfer is meant to be used? I'm just confused on why so many people get away with this crap.

They should make this a year or two after halo 5's release, but not anytime soon as people will get tired of halo quick like alot of people are getting tired of all the CoD's released once every other 5 months lol

Are the Vidmaster achievements discontinued? as in, taken out and now impossible to achieve?

Well, im guessing mexicans calling me vulgar names over xbox for no reason wasent rude at all but the fact that i mentioned the truth about what was going on over xbox live was offensive to you then well idk what to say But i will say this, i tried a few matches with "good connectioned" check marked, and "language" check marked and suprisingly the connection was on and off alot lol it was actually worse than before! It was very odd, but i guess it might have something to do with the servers.

I was playing big team battle and I got up to 50 kills and noticed we had some time left so I tried to get more kills and got up to like 68 then my goal was to get over 70 and it happened !! and I recorded it and out on my file share the 76 kill video. Was wondering if you guys have some cool videos too because this won't happen often for me lol I normally avg. like 30 kills at best each BTB game.

I think armor abilities such as "sprint" should be used in Big team Battle, but i dont care for having armor lock, or jetpacks though because it completely defeats the whole purpose of trying to take cover when someone can jetpack up 50ft and kill you. But then again, armor abilities help pace up this game.

Hello, when i go to que for grifball or big team battle, i notice that alot of "mexicans" will betray you ALOT or irritate you and get on your nerves. Ive had some even say bad language to me for no reason. Is there a way to somehow filter who you play against besides having to manually mute and submit a review against them to not play against/with them. Some of them are nice, but alot of them will betray you left and right and they wont even benefit the team at all... Its just rediculous, and 80% of the time its a mexican If there is a way to play against "only Americans" because the connection is bad when there is a foreign host sometimes. thanks!

I dont see too many people with "old Legacy's" on halo reach anymore. Like i dont see alot of people with the halo 3 legacy in 2007-2009 that much. and halo ODST i see some people will have the 09, but most of them have 2012-2014 for halo 3, and odst. As for medals, well i normally check for MP kills lol i saw one person with 276k MP kills O.o

Why removing vidmasters and giving away recon temporarily, increases recons rarity. First and foremost, i will throw this out there, i was infuriated when i heard 343i was "giving" away recon because I had to earn it by doing those vidmasters But, we must look at the longrun, if 343i did not hand out recon and shut off the vidmasters, then people would still be earning them left and right leaving recon to be more popular than it is already. Seing as how 343i currently works on their new "projects", this leads us to believe that they will soon or later stop handing it out to everyone. Alot of people right now arent receiving it, which means its becoming rarer and rarer already. If they left the vidmasters up, I believe that the current population of people would be more worried about completing these vidmasters, rather than play MP or campaign for the fun of it. In a sense, this idea was good, but very suprising at first. Also, bringing back recon im sure brought back alot of players and boosted the population quite a bit, im surre 343i's plan was to gain $$ from this too And the vidmasters that you guys already achieved can be served as trophies like the road to recon which cant be completed anymore. So, in a way this was a good idea, but im sure it could have been handled a little better by 343i.

thing is, the chest is for "bungie employees only", if it was offered to players by bungie, like recon was, then they would be able to hand it out. But since it wasent offered by bungie to the playerbase, then 343i would prob not hand it out just my .02c

I think 343i should add a vidmaster or two, by having us find a skull that unlocks a "Utility Slot" which would be named "Katana". So instead of using a pouch by your leg, you can have a katana on your back like the good old days in halo 3! I think this would be a great addon to give us reach players something to look forward to. Since they are mainly focused on Halo 4/5, why not show us reach players some love. Or even before halo 5's release, they could make some special event to on reach to promote halo 5's release by having us hunt for the "Katana" blade and that so we can get a cool utility slot

Ive been seing more red's lately, probably due to the fact that people are license transfering is my guess. Although i see a blue flame once very 2 or three games. And ill probably see a red flame once every 4 games or five.

Depends which ones ur talking about, the blue ones were free lol The red came with the legendary edition + the recon helmet + the ua threat chest depending on where you got it and it came with the special elite armor too. The bundle was worth the money when it first came out, now the legendary flames are going for about 200 bucks on ebay! and thats just the flames lol

Ok so me and my dad started up a Big Team Battle game and 11 minutes into the game we realise this guy is betraying some people, two to be exact. My dad gets in the helicopter driver seat, the guy shoots at my dad while my dad is taking off. The guy jumps into my dads helicopter, and while my dad is flying, he gets lasered by the enemy. Upon getting lasered, it says my dad "betrayed" his partner who was in the passenger seat.. I recorded the video afterwords seing as i had too because we have never seen anything like this before lol We never knew this could happen, i mean yeah there was a bug in 2010 where once you killed a bad guy in living dead, it might say u betrayed him, but this is something very bizarre. I recorded the video i will upload it to my fileshare. The video is called "BETRAYAL ERROR". If you guys want you can check it out, im not sure if 343 or bungie compensates people for bizarre things that happen in halo, like how the guy in halo 3 killed himself with a sniper and got rewarded recon armor etc... Let me know what you guys think. Edit: The guy who was betraying everyone on our team was the passenger, and my dad was the pilot. They both got lasered by the bad guy at once. Edit 2: Once my dad got booted, I shot at the guy who booted my dad because he was t-bagging him, and once i went AFK for 1 minute the guy betrayed me and it let me boot him lol. I made a video of it and this one is called "BOOTED BETRAYER" if you guys want to check that one out

Dont make the mistake i made once i got to a checkpoint on the 3rd mission "pillar" i clicked "save and quit" came back 12 hours later t ofind out im back at the very beginning of the mission. Im guessing checkpoints on this game are useless?
