might as well just lock this thread mate. this is just a vent thread, nothing constructive here and i guarentee wit will eventually devolve into "shouting" and other insults. so just nip it in the bud here. speaking of which. you guys think people are gonna realise that 343industries.org is a completely different seperate entity then 343 industries studios? it's like how when i'm a xbox ambasodor and people ask t speak to my manager because i can't issue refunds, or explain billing mistakes and such.

ISP- TWC lag issues 1. in ability to requisitions item in warzones, this includes changing loadout weapons, even if i have the req level, it stops confirming the req, this is lag related as it only happens after a minor lag spike (aka i see everyone running into a wall, then i rubberband back) even if the game remains lag free after that, reqs become broken for me. 2. severe lag issues every 3 game of warzone, and nearly every game of co-op campaigne, lag issues is basically me able to run around normally, but everyone else is running in the last direction they ran in (aka straight lines is what it looks like to me) i cannot kill anyone, and i will eventually rubberband back to when the lag first start, i assume thats me desyncing from the servers. 3. disconnects seem to happen every 5 or 6 games, where i just get kicked back to the menu, and sometimes the halo 5 ap itself just completely stops working. i got 35 mbps down, 5 mbps up internet (usually clocks in at 36 and 6 respectively) and i suffer zero jitter or package loss when pinging seattle (and my ping to seattle is 24 ms)

if you live in the us, and charged the purchase to a credit or debit card, simply contact your bank and tell them you wish to do a chargeback for the product, because the product itself does not work correctly and the creator is refusing correct the flaws you are experiencing. under us consumer protections laws you ar elegally able to do a chargeback solely based on the qaulity of a product, so go for it

You want to know the problem with that (and the irony) the whole reason i got banned in the first place was for posting on a alternate account. the whole reason i was posting on a alternate account was because my account had been hacked and i lost access to it for near a month, at this time i played on a account called proton guard, so proton guard received a perma ban, and atom alchemist received a week long ban. so i just go with with, i wait the week, then i start reusing atom alchemist after it had been unlocked, and then bout three weeks later, atom alchemist got perma banned for being a alternate account of proton gaurd as if i was evading proton guards perma ban (which was perma banned because it was a alternate of atom alchmeist) and all of these happened back when the halo waypoint forums were generally stupid in that you couldn't access the waypoint message system if you were banned, so i couldn't even contest the ban though the message system, so i attempted to use twitter and never ever heard back. talk about a vicious full circle, so ever since, when i've wanted to post on teh waypoint forums (which is few and far between becaus ei was not a fan with halo 4 and was playing other games quickly so i stopped caring, but with halo 5 release i have want to post again because i WANT halo 5 to be good and not die off like halo 4 did. so i made a new account and 3 days later, it get banned.

Does anyone know how 343 tracks forum bans, is it based on ip, is there a cookie left in my browser or what, i've cleared my cookies i've cleared my cache, and then i make a new xbox live account, and without fail this accout will get banned after a couple of days for being a alternate.

odst isn't a "full" game in my book, only a expansion, and as a expansion it did wonderfully.

what 343i needs to do is 1.fire their forum moderators, the halo waypoints are officially dead(the entire forums have been live for what 2 years, and they have nearly 600.000 users, yet a mere 212.000 threads and a mere 2.8 mil posts.) their moderators have zero idea how to moderate a forum, and will ban forum accounts pretty much indiscrimanately without any due process or chance for reveiw 2.they need to go and actually PLAY the previous halos, and read the halo books, and comics, they need to be thoroughly grounded in what teh past halos were and are 3.they need to actually listen to their userbase, their entire linefor halo 4 was "trust us we are halo fans" and without listening to anyone, or even properly testing their game, they release what is without a doubt the WORST halo game, which has failed to hold any population and lacks teh fundemental aspects that made halo, halo.

1. a voiceban is done by the game, automatically when you are muted by other players consistantly 2. as above has mentions this forum has nothing to do with 343 industries, nor their moderaters, plus their forum moderators(on halo waypoint) have nothing to do with in game voice bans (or any in game bans) 3. you are a very rude person, whih leads me to beleive your forum ban was probably deserved 4.be warned, halo waypoint moderators, are for lack of a better word, complete morons when it comes to moderating a official forum, so you will most likely just end up getting forumed banned again if you go back there and repost your original topic
