i agree with you for the visors they should make it so that its like one of you armor colors you can costomize it and it should be like right shoulder and left for the colors.

I say there should be a new matching gametype i don't know what it would be called but it should lead you to a cusom games match with random people and each has a new host after every round!!! so lets say i am the host and i pick something sucky people can leave but after the game is over someone else is automaticaly chosen that way people can stay in the game and eventually get host and play what they want to play.
