I received Halo 4 as a gift but have never been. able to play campaign (intro movies just loops). Similar issue if I install the game (after intro movies load screen freezes). The disc is undamaged. I spoke to Microsoft they offered a replacement for $20, but I don't see why I should pay for a product that wasn't fit for sale. As it's a gift I can't return it to the store either. Are 343 offering replacements, I've been reading other people have had the same or similar issues. My disc was brand new still shrink wrapped.
