Didn't work either, im wondering if theres on a another five letters that you have to put in before the actual code like in some games. Any ideas?

Bought the LE console bundle and the case came with these plus another one with actual prepaid codes. The codes are only 20letters so I can't use them in the redeem code option, and the instructions say something about a www.halo4preorder.me with seems to be down. Can you guys help? I've attached photos. I bought it a while back when halo 4 was just released. Wasn't able to redeem until several months passed by because of school (talking about the 25 letter codes)
