Any advice on changing my profile to Xbox Live?

Bio and name are done on the official Xbox site.

If you're deciding to change your Gamertag, hold up. When you start out initially on XBL you get a random GT, and the option to change that GT for free. But after that you have to pay 10$ to change your GT again, so you want to make it count.
