yea... I tried using the Microsoft help desk, but couldn't navigate through the phone...I just want to have 343 E-mail me or something. I kinda feel cheated out of my money.

I preordered halo 4 and got the War games map pack, and up until a year ago, it worked. last year, my map pass gave me an alert saying that I needed a license to use it... I contacted Microsoft support because 343 doesn't have a contact E-mail or customer service line (as far as I know). I want to know why it doesn't work anymore, and can I get either refunded, or a new download for my account? this issue has turned me away from the Halo frenchise...
