[Is there 343 support? Still says recruit]

So the servers have gone down and now apparently they're back up. Everyone has their spartan back but me. Still says I'm a recruit. While the servers were down every once and a while I would start up Reach then go to the dashboard and wait some more. Then when you were able to play games I played 1 game and quit early to see if it'd fix it, which it didn't. I've also bought 1 chest while the servers were up. Can anyone help?

Me and a few other people had the same problem, but all our ranks and colors went back to normal like 30 minutes ago.

 

Back out and then go back into Reach and see if that works.

I've turned my xbox off then back on, loaded up Reach and it still hasn't fixed anything. Most likely have to wait it out...

It still says I'm a private and I look like the default spartan but the player menu has my original rank and credits. But everyone else has their ranks and looks back. Is this just me? :/
