Make quality posts that are relevant and contribute to topics. To do this, just go to a topic and post a comment, but make sure it's appropriate. If you want to make Topics, make sure it's about something, and not just a random item asking people to post on. Just find info or any questions you might have, and post it. I hope this helped you!!
