I am a customer of all the halos and quite frankly I am very disappointed. Halo has always been my go to game and I have NOT ONCE been this disappointed in a game. Losing a customer 343 !!!!! Not just one either

There's going to be a patch released in the next few days. Download the patch, and see if it fixes the errors you're encountering.
Also we're just a fan community. Complaints should be sent to Halo Waypoint.
